Newly renovated beach home near everything - most importantly 5 min walk to town and beach. No car necessary, but large driveway for parking multiple cars if needed. Updated home with brand new kitchen, open floor concept, and floor to ceiling windows with view to large property. Large bedrooms & bathrooms with rainfall showers. Located on a quiet safe street - plenty of distance & privacy from other beautiful homes. Expansive deck with plenty of lounge furniture, Weber grill, and dining table. Front porch looking out to spacious yard with fire pit, volleyball net & hammock. Two 2021 Samsung Smart TVs - 65" and 75"; dependable highest speed internet; outdoor shower; central A/C and heat; mudroom & laundry room; beach chairs & games available.

If you are considering a Family or Friends Stay in Montauk, walking close to town but, just far enough away that it's very peaceful...book this place! Best stocked VRBO I have ever had the pleasure of booking. Plenty of comfortable beds, nice towels, linens and blankets. If you want to cook at home, the kitchen which is open to the huge living space has every pot, pan and utensil you need. The inside and outside spaces are awesome for gathering with friends. If you are concerned about steps/stairs, there are a few however, there is a bedroom upstairs off the family room with a walk in shower. Have your stairs challenged guest stay in that room...easy access to the all the amazing open space in this house. If you have Kids, the ground floor TV Room will give everyone (parents) some downtime. I could go on but, experience it for yourself.

A perfect, stress-free getaway in Montauk. The quiet location was great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and town. The beautiful house exceeded our expectations with so many thoughtful touches to enhance our stay. Ralph is a fantastic host. We can’t wait to come back!

We have been coming out to Montauk for 30 years with our now grown kids. Location is great - easy walk to the beach and to town. The house was wonderful - plenty of space for 7 of us with good bed / bath configuration. We had a nice family dinner one night and found everything we needed in the kitchen with a great bbq. Sat at the huge picnic table on the sprawling deck and watched the full moon rise - pretty magical evening. The owner (Ralph) was very accommodative and available if we needed anything. All in all, a pretty perfect stay and we will definitely be back!!!

House is even more attractive than the pictures. The upstairs and deck are wonderful spaces to sit, eat and talk. The kitchen was the best of any we have rented.
The surrounding trees and hill give it a very secluded feeling.
Not only is it a five minute walk to the beach and town, but a trailhead of Shadmoor State Park is a very pleasant 10 minute walk. The trails there along the bluffs have beautiful views of the ocean and beach.
We plan on going back next year.
