About this cottage rental
Bring your Surf or Paddle Boards!!!! And walk down your semi-private path (shared with only four homes) to one of the most pristine white sandy beaches in Montauk. Imagine not having to deal with Ditch Plains parking! But Beach passes are included to explore other Town beaches, both ocean, and bay, as permitted (a $600 value) The two-bedroom cottage with an open living room with 180-degree views of the ocean (1) King and (1) Queen. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and is near some of the best restaurants. It's tastefully decorated with TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples or small families. There is outdoor furniture, a table for 6, and a gas grill. This is directly across the street from the ocean. This cottage is on a hill, so you have great 180 degree ocean views and can hear the water from the deck.
7 night rental week begins Friday at 4 pm and ends Friday at 11:00 am. 3-6 night rental must end on a Friday or Monday. There are no early check-in or late check-out times unless the manager can accommodate them.
Pet fee $250 per dog per week. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

Great location and very comfortable space. Beautiful ocean view and lovely sea breeze greet you on the deck. Easy walk to town and beach. Kitchen is well equipped so we enjoyed some home cooked meals. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Jeanne is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for your Montauk vacation.

I needed a few days to decompress, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The house was perfectly located with easy access to the beach, a short walk to town, and close to everything in Amagansett. The size of the house was ideal and easy to manage, and waking up each morning to that view genuinely lifted my spirits. The home was well-equipped with everything I needed, and Jeanne was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. This place has definitely become my new “home away from home.”
