About this house rental
Superb Normandy thatched cottage of the 18th century located in a magnificent park of 10 ha, this splendid residence is an invitation to the relaxation (heated swimming pool, sauna 4 places, room of sport, table-tennis, trampoline, playground (swings and toboggan), botanical trail, bicycles on loan ...).
The interior, restored with care, has retained all its authenticity but nevertheless has all the modern facilities.
The house overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful view of the park and grasslands from which you can see the horses of the stud.
The cottage is located in the countryside, five minutes from Pont l'Evêque and twenty minutes from Deauville, Trouville or Honfleur, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge and near several picturesque villages (Beaumont en Auge, Blangy Castle, Clarbec , Saint-Hymer ...)
Ground floor: Entrance, Large living room (sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace and dining area), fitted kitchen and large bedroom (bed 160x200) with bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms (160x200 bed, balcony with external staircase and TV in the first, 2 beds 115x190, 1 bed 90x190 and TV with DVD in the second) with bathrooms and WC for each.
Central heating, dishwasher and washer dryer
Pool 15X6 shared heated from May to September, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs
Landscaped park with streams, ponds and tropical garden (possibility of treasure hunt)
Possibility to accommodate horses (see conditions with the owner)
Beds made, bathroom linen, charges, tourist tax, firewood (autumn and winter) and final cleaning included in the price
