Nestled on a 1,000 m² plot, House Deauville is a spacious 160 m² villa designed to host up to 13 guests in a refined, warm, and welcoming setting — perfect for memorable holidays with family or friends on the Côte Fleurie.
Interior
On the ground floor:
A bright and cozy living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofa, retro projector for movie nights, arcade machine, large dining table, and various board games (Monopoly, Backgammon, cards…).
A fully equipped open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, and all essential utensils.
Three elegant bedrooms with double beds, TVs, and storage, including one with an en-suite shower and sink.
Two separate toilets for added convenience.
Upstairs:
A spacious master bedroom with a double bed, jacuzzi bathtub, baby bed, and a relaxing lounge area.
A large family room with one double bed, three single beds, and a TV.
A separate bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Outdoor
The beautifully landscaped garden is ideal for both relaxation and entertainment, offering:
A heated swimming pool (open from May 1 to October 31)
