About this villa rental
Ideally located 300m from the beach and 200m from shops, in a green area of 800 m² without vis-à-vis, pleasant independent villa of 150m² fully equipped, with large jacuzzi inside.
On the ground floor: large living / dining room of 60m2 with fireplace, fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, hood ...), 2 premium sofa beds, 1 bedroom, bathroom (bath and shower), separate WC.
Upstairs: 4 independent bedrooms, and a 2 shower rooms with 1 WC in one.
Large terrace facing south.
Many facilities: table tennis table, table football, sunbathing, garden furniture, barbecue ...
Courtyard and closed garage for cars, boats, bikes
Very charming. Calm assured.
Possibility to combine the rental of this villa with another house located 100 meters away for a total capacity of 30 people.
Electricity (€0.20 per kWh) and gas (€0.88 per m3) will be charged based on the holiday makers’ actual consumption beyond the meter reading taken on the day of the check-in.
As an indication, you should expect to pay approximately €10 per day in winter and €5 per day in summer, allowing everyone to set the temperature according to their preference and charge their electric vehicle if needed. Bed linen on option at 19€ by bed, to be ask when booking. Cleaning option at 69€.

Located in delightful Villers Sur Mer this house is great for a large family. A short walk from a country park and 15 mins walk from the beach, there’s lots to do in the doorstep and plenty of attractions within easy driving distance. The only thing to watch for is the discretionary cleaning package cost which I wasn’t aware of when I booked. But the owner was great and we had a lovely break

Rapport qualité prix tres moyen, couchage complementaire sur palier avec simple rideau...propreté moyenne, en revanche bon adaptabilité du proprietaire horaires depart et retour. Bon accessibilité sur Deauville
