Ideally located 300m from the beach and 200m from shops, in a green area of 800 m² without vis-à-vis, pleasant independent villa of 150m² fully equipped, with large jacuzzi inside.

Located in delightful Villers Sur Mer this house is great for a large family. A short walk from a country park and 15 mins walk from the beach, there’s lots to do in the doorstep and plenty of attractions within easy driving distance. The only thing to watch for is the discretionary cleaning package cost which I wasn’t aware of when I booked. But the owner was great and we had a lovely break

Great house in great location

We were 3 families on holiday for a week and this was perfect for us. A great house with lots of space - well equipped and easy check in and out. Lovely garden which was enclosed and private - perfect for the kids. The fab beach only a short walk away with town and lake also close. Had a super week, very relaxed. Thanks!

The house, within a quiet close, is very pleasant and so is the garden. It is ideal for a family holiday, with a safe area for the kids to play and a patio that is shielded from the wind (a must in this very windy area of France). Ammenities are a 4min walk away and the town a mere 10/15 minutes. You are surrounded by local inhabitants and people are very friendly. As for the house itself, the beds are very comfortable and most things that you need are available. The 5th star was dropped as some of the equipment is in dire need of update (the barbecue, for instance) and the conditions of the location somewhat unusual (gas and electricity added on top of the agreed rental, no linen provided, never had that before, maybe it is a french thing to do) but, overall, this is a recommended nice place to stay.

très bon séjour dans cette propriété ,jardin agréable avec terrasse bien exposée ,maison bien équipée , proche de la plage et de l'étang , très bon accueil , petit bémol sur les salles de bain qui mériteraient un rafraichissement , un lit équipé d'une mauvaise literie , un baby-foot en mauvais état ,et la table de ping pong mériterait d'être dans une piece mieux aménagée

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans une belle maison propre, fonctionnelle, Confortable, Bien équipée et grande pour nous 3 avec un chien mais bien clôturée donc très bien. Que ce soit le propriétaire ou la personne qui nous a reçu ou encore la maman, ils sont tous très chaleureux et avenants. A refaire avec plaisir.

Nous avons loué cette maison pour un team building avec mon équipe et nous avons été très content du séjour. La maison est grande, avec un grand salon et un beau jardin. A coté de la mer. Attention tout de même la maison n'est pas très bien équipé et il faut rajouter en option: - draps pour les lits - ménage - électricité et gaz Il n'y a pas non plus de serviette de douche, ni de serviette pour les mains, pas de tapis de douche ni même de torchon dans la cuisine. Sinon a part ça jean baptiste est un hote très aimable et attentionné.

Nous avons passé un sympathique et agréable we dans la maison de Jean-Baptiste. Un hôte réactif et disponible. La maison est pratique et plutôt bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les feux de cheminée ! Entre les marais, la plage et les vaches noires, les balades ne manquent pas en toute saison. Le centre ville est aussi très mignon. Nous recommandons !

Très bon séjour. Nous avons l’habitude de louer des maisons mais avons particulièrement apprécié cette grande villa, très propre, avec tout le confort. Soirée très agréable avec la cheminée. La maison est spacieuse, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour les repas, de la table de ping-pong, et surtout de la plage à 5min à pieds pour le beach-volley ! M. Villa bien située dans un quartier calme. Bonne literie et équipements de la cuisine satisfaisants. Déception au niveau entretien. La pelouse n'était pas tondue et il y avait des ronces qui empêchaient de laisser les enfants jouer dans la totalité du jardin.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Villa. Man hat ausreichend Platz, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben etliche schöne Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung gemacht (z.b. Pointe du Hoc, Mont St. Michel, Falaisse d'Albatre) aber auch Villers-sur-Mer hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Allerdings haben wir einen Punkt für die Unterkunft abgezogen, da doch hie und da renovierungsbedarf besteht (z.B. bei den Duschen) und bei der Küchenaussattung hätten wir uns das ein oder andere zusätzlich gewünscht (z.B. einen Wasserkocher und eine einfache Teekanne) für den Kamin einen Handfeger und Kehrschaufel. Das man die Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss und nicht wenigstens leihen kann, ist bei einer 7 Personen umfassenden Gruppe schon eine Herausforderung. Aber alles in allem haben wir sehr schöne 8 Tage in einem schönen Haus verbracht. Vielen Dank dafür.
