About this house rental
Two hours from Paris, located in the golden triangle Honfleur, Deauville and Pont L'Evèque in a magnificent private residential area of 200 hectares with caretaker and in the heart of a forest, the house of Trois Chênes welcomes lovers of calm and kind. In this area, you can enjoy many services, 10 minutes walk from the house, which is free to access: indoor swimming pool, 8 tennis courts, one covered and one on clay, walks in the forest on foot or at bicycle, children's play area, gym, with weight bench, bicycle and treadmill, and clubhouse, known as "the Castle": bar, tea room, TV room, library, DVD rental, billiards, Wi-FI.
On a 2600 m² plot, this 145 m² half-timbered thatched cottage, composed of two buildings, is surrounded by a flowered and wooded garden. Its location in lush greenery, close to the many services of the domain and Pont l ' Bishop, make this place a unique vacation spot combining authenticity, charm and functionality.
Building 1
On the ground floor, the cozy living space is comfortable and bright all year round, thanks to large bay windows that surround a living room and a 40m² dining room. The kitchen is small but functional.
A wooden staircase takes you upstairs where there are two bedrooms, one of which is 35 m², and a bathroom.
Building 2:
Connected to the first building by an external corridor, this building on 2 levels is composed
- downstairs from a large bedroom with sink and toilet - upstairs, accessible by a wooden staircase, from another bedroom with shower room, offering a magnificent view of the garden.
Ideal for families with 3 or 4 children or for 2 couples with 1 or 2 children, this house has 4 double beds (3 of 160 cm wide and 1 of 140 cm) and a sofa bed with the possibility of having an additional mattress (1 place) and a cot.
