We had a lovely week in this holiday home. We would rebook for sure. Check-in was great, Charles was friendly and explained how everything worked. Four stars as there were a few things the owner could improve: 1. A welcome pack would be a nice touch, especially as we had travelled 10hours to reach the holiday home, maybe some local produce. 2. The ping pong ball is sellotaped together, so we could not play that. 3. The clothes horse has seen better days and needs replacing. 4. Hot tub was on 21C when we arrived, so we missed one day of use, also it could do with a clean as there is a lot do sediment . Hope this helps improve the guest experience. As mentioned I would recommend this holiday home.

Lovely property around 5 min drive from Deauville. Great set up for family of 4 and our dog. Secure grounds, great facilities, very quiet. Good communication with the host and professional greeting & handover. We arrived on a Sunday so be warned to get a shop done as most places had closed by midday. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed a good holiday, slightly disappointed that the football goal was missing as we had a football mad grandson. We all enjoyed the pool, table tennis and the hot tub.

Firstly, there seemed to be some confusion as to who should give us final directions to the house, with the result that no-one actually gave us any at all, except for a vague address which landed us in the wrong gated community. We rang for better directions and were told the name of the community and the gate code, but not the house number. After driving round the whole area several times, we decided to wait for the caretaker to take us to the house. The house itself was lovely, as were the grounds, and it is an excellent location but, at the price we were paying, we expected better – less niggling problems and perhaps a welcome pack. Surely local producers would welcome the chance to showcase their wares, at discount prices. As for the niggling problems, the mat outside the front door hides a nasty hole which could be potentially dangerous. There were a couple of lights which didn’t work, particularly the one on the stairs. The handle on the downstairs wc is faulty, and the lock is very stiff. The spa bath in the upstairs en suite obviously doesn’t work, and neither does the cooker hood. Outside, the barbeque obviously needs replacing.The beds were a little on the low side, but extremely comfortable. The sofas in the living room, however, were extremely low and proved absolutely impossible for our 70 year old knees. We resorted to bringing in some of the garden furniture if we wanted to watch the television! Overall, it is an excellent house but needs a little attention.

We've just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful house. We were blessed with fab weather, the area is lovely, and not far by car to the gorgeous beach. The house itself is very spacious, nicely decorated with a contemporary twist, and clean. Absolutely loved the garden (our two dogs thought all their christmases had come at once!). Pool is great, and the cover is ideal. We've given five stars overall, because on the whole it deserves that rating; however, there are a few things that could be addressed. Not things that would make or break a holiday; more constructive points for improvement. Firstly, there is a lot of chipped mis-matched crockery. One of the mugs was actually leaking coffee, and some of the cups were dirty. Dustpan was broken. No sign of a broom. One of the outdoor parasols was broken. Could do with a full length mirror somewhere. When we arrived, the water in the hot-tub was green; it was rectified (had to be drained and re-filled), but it took a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, and we lost three hot tub days. Also, it would be very helpful to know what day the Gardner is due. We could have arranged to have an 'out' day, and it was difficult with the dogs because the Gardner didn't close the gates! Luckily the road outside isn't busy. Communication wise, it is most definitely beneficial to speak some French. The area is not geared towards British tourists...which we love, but some might struggle.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is great, a gated development felt very secure, in a lovely quiet area of Le Haut Bois, yet only 5min drive from Deauville/Trouville. The facilities at the house were great, a lovely big pool, hot tub, outdoor table tennis and a large garden for games. We were two families of four with young children and we all had a blast!

The house was modern and clean with lovely bedrooms. The pool is a great size and the garden is fabulous. Great for a family with kids. The landlord was very accommodating with all of our requests. Would definitely consider returning to this house.

This is a perfect place for a weekend or longer stay, any time of the year (thanks to the heated & covered pool). The house is modern, well-equipped and a great size, easily accomodating six adults and two children while still feeling homely. The pool is long enough to do have a proper swim and the garden is huge. The setting is lovely - in the hills with lots of green, lots of birds - and Trouville is less than 10 minutes away by car, so days at the beach are a doddle. There are also many other very nice places to visit close by. Excellent for children.

The location is great; 5 mins from town & beaches but far enough away to enjoy the countryside. The layout of the house works perfectly for a large family. The house has all you need to make your stay comfortable and some lovely extras like a spa bath & outdoor Table tennis. The beds are very comfortable and the multi gym is a perfect addition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My wife and 6 children had an AMAZING stay in this house. Large spacious house, very modern and beautiful inside. HUGE garden which my children loved running an playing in. Amazing heated pool which could be either covered or uncovered, depending on the weather, in which we spent many hours. It is also very important to us that the pool could be covered and locked completely, ensuring it was safe for young children. The house is furnished luxuriously, and the beds and couches are extremely comfortable. There is also very comfortable outdoor furniture. It is in a very quiet area, yet so near to the stunning huge sandy expansive beaches of Deauville and Trouville. Thank you so so much Laurent for letting us use the house for an unforgettable holiday, and I hope that many other people / families jump at the opportunity to do so as well.

La maison est très bien équipée , décorée avec gout et confortable. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité (literie, matériel de cuisine et d'extérieur , etc.). La piscine a été très appréciée (bonne longueur , un accès facile pour descendre et très bien chauffée). Le tout est complété par un très grand et beau jardin, bien entretenu. Un service conciergerie est disponible pour vous aider en cas de besoin. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable pour répondre à vos interrogations. Détente assurée ! Je recommande chaudement !

bonjour avec le propriétaire , nous avions demandé l'annulation de ma réservation étant donné que ma maman vient de décéder je ne pouvais pas me déplacer, le propriétaire a demandé de pouvoir relouer sa villa et vous n'avez pas trouvé de solution, j'ai été débité de la caution et de la location alors que je ne suis pas parti et que le propriétaire était d'accord pour me rembourser...

Maison au calme très bien conçue avec une bonne répartition des chambres et des salles de bains,douches et toilettes.Cuisine bien équipée pour 8 personnes.Appareils ménagers et linge de lit,de toilette de très belle et bonne qualité.Très belle décoration intérieure avec des matériaux de qualité.Seul petit bémol:l'absence de dressing ou d'armoire dans 2 chambres et le grincement de 2 portes. Un très bel espace extérieur bien entretenu avec de belles prestations(comme sur les photos).Un propriétaire très à l'écoute.Un centre commercial,des artisans boulanger,boucher à 10 min en voiture. Bref de quoi passer un très agréable séjour surtout quand en plus le soleil est de la partie.

Nous avons passé un excellent Noël en famille à TOUQUES dans une jolie villa très bien située proche de DEAUVILLE et HONFLEUR. La villa se trouve au calme dans une résidence sécurisée, c'est très rassurant et reposant. Seul le climat n'était pas au rendez vous pour profiter du jacuzzi. A refaire au printemps.

Maison magnifique, spacieuse, moderne et meublée avec goût. Les espaces extérieurs nous ont également ravis et on a pu profiter pleinement du beau temps et du calme environnant. La piscine est parfaite et se sécurise facilement pour les jeunes enfants. Le propriétaire est très aimable et très réactif. Aucune fausse note,nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour et nous le recommandons sans hésiter.
