Pros: - Good location for Deauville/Honfleur area. - Comfortable beds and hot gushy walk in showers - Lovely garden with furniture for outdoor eatingCons: - Terrible communication with property manager which resulted in us finding ourselves outside a gated community without the code. Leaving the car outside we walked into the community and, luckily found a couple of people outside a property and they were the agents. Note that the community does not any written signage at the gate identifying the development (just a number) and the house itself does NOT have a number - so make sure you get detailed info from the property manager before you go - Very uncomfortable lounge furniture - low bean bag level. As other have done, brought in the garden furniture.- House is not new as per the blurb, but has been rented since 2016 according to the reviews. Some elements of kitchen equipment show its age. Chipped crockery .... - -- The hanging space for clothes upstairs is all in the main bedroom nothing in other 2 bedrooms. Seems odd having to go into someone else's room to get your clothes- No smart TVDid not use pool or hot tub.

Properly is lovely - a few bits and pieces need updated (mainly the kitchen area and utensils etc) but it didn’t spoil our overall holiday. Communication with the owner was good before and during our stay. Concierge didn’t speak English and we don’t speak French but we used a translate app - and it worked perfectly. She was lovely and very helpful. Perfect location for visiting Touques and Deauville. It’s such a beautiful part of the world. Private house with villa in a gated community - felt very safe. Amazing that we got to bring our little dog with us from Scotland. I’d definitely book this property again and we were very sad to leave. We were very lucky with the weather which helped our overall experience.

We had a lovely week in this holiday home. We would rebook for sure. Check-in was great, Charles was friendly and explained how everything worked. Four stars as there were a few things the owner could improve:
1. A welcome pack would be a nice touch, especially as we had travelled 10hours to reach the holiday home, maybe some local produce.
2. The ping pong ball is sellotaped together, so we could not play that.
3. The clothes horse has seen better days and needs replacing.
4. Hot tub was on 21C when we arrived, so we missed one day of use, also it could do with a clean as there is a lot do sediment .
Hope this helps improve the guest experience.
As mentioned I would recommend this holiday home.

Perfect property for our family holiday. Can thoroughly recommend this house. Ideal location and wonderful house. Pool and hot tub were great. Dogs loved the garden too!
