Quiet with its sea view on the mid-height of Trouville (domain of the Parc d'Hautepoul) and its garden (see on google).
You have access to the center of Trouville and its shops on foot in 10 minutes by the stairs and to the beach in 10 minutes.

DEPOSIT
30 EUROS of the deposit will be recovered if we find souvenirs in the garden or hairs everywhere.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit is required for a direct rental by passing a mandatory part through the site.
The bins must be emptied on the day of your departure (be careful when taking out the bins so that the garbage collectors can collect them)
The house must be made clean: the cleaning service should not be considered as slaves and especially takes into account the check-in/check-out service:
30 euros will be recovered for the unrecovered garbage
30 euros will be recovered for dishes that are not put away and emptied

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AS OF 15 October 2024
Late arrivals will be charged by the concierge service (approximately 20 euros) for arrivals after 8pm (see with the concierge to find an amicable solution)
