Villa located near Hotel Royal Barriere.
- 5 min by foot to the beach, the olympic swimming pool, the children beach club, many shops (pharmacy, bakery etc.), the tennis club, the Spa center.
- 10 min by foot to Deauville's center and to the train station.
- 5 min by foot to the horse racetrack and to the horse sales.
- Bikes are provided for longer trips.

The villa is surrounded by 2 gardens in the front and in the back. The large garden in the back offers a unique and calm space during spring and summer. It feels like countryside while being right near the beach, ideal for lunch and diner with an electric barbecue and an electric patio heater.
Every room has a sink and a miror. There is 3 WC and 3 bathrooms. High quality beddings are furnished.
