About this house rental
We rent our family home located in the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer. It is a typical fisherman's house from 1860, spread over four levels and with an area of more than 160m². Its decoration is neat and its period parquet floor in pitchpine.
Ideal location, you can do everything on foot!
You are 3 minutes from the Trouville-Deauville train station and less than 10 minutes from the beaches or casinos. You can reach the Deauville market in 5 minutes. You can just as easily enjoy the animation of Trouville - Deauville, its quays, beaches, restaurants and shops or choose the calm of its small street.
Mezzanine: Bedroom, Laundry room & access to the patio
• Bayadère room (king size bed 200x200) with access to the patio, washbasin area with separate toilet
• Laundry room boiler room with washing machine, dryer, steam generator
Raised first floor: Living room
• Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, black lacquered piano, Bose Home, library
• Dining room with large table for 10 people
• Open kitchen with island and integrated hob, fully equipped (Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Freezer, Dishwasher, Toaster, Italian Coffee Maker, Nespresso, etc...) as well as a kitchen base (Oil, vinegar, spices, flour, sugar) and other products (washing dishes, washing powder, etc...)
1st floor: 2 bedrooms + 1 shower room
• Smoked Tea Room (160x200 bed),
• Terracota walk-in shower room,
• Powder Parma Room (2 single beds of 100x200 or double bed 200x200)
2nd floor: 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom
• Bright Bohemian Room with Rooftop View (King Size Bed 200x200)
• Bathroom
Wifi throughout the house, board games, cot
Many sports and cultural activities near the house: tennis, municipal Olympic swimming pools, with sea water heated to 28° in Trouville and Deauville, nautical club, golf courses, Trouville thermal baths.
Non-smoking house,
Bed linen and towels provided on request (20 euros / single bed)
Mandatory cleaning fee 100 euros.

We had a great time. Stephanie’s townhouse is very nice with plenty of space and of high quality. It’s clean and well-equipped.. Stephanie has a very cool style. Very good location close to shops and restaurants. Parking can be a bit tricky.
