About this house rental
I am renting my house located in the very exclusive Parc d'Hennequeville.
Totally renovated in 2024, the house is located 2kms from the center of Trouville by the coastal road of Honfleur and 1km by the beach (at low tide). The house is located on the first line and offers a breathtaking view of the sea.
It is distributed over 2 levels.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
- entrance with bench shoe rack and coat rack
- small vestibule with dressing room and wardrobe
- large living room of 50m²: living room, dining room, open plan custom kitchen (5-burner gas stove and oven with steam function, built-in microwave, built-in fridge freezer and dishwasher, toaster, steamer, air fryer NINJA, wine cellar). Water fountain dispensing still filtered water at temper, sparkling water, chilled water, NESPRESSO coffee machine. Zelige splashback and custom-made waxed concrete worktops.

By a staircase (secured by a children's barrier), you access the GARDEN LEVEL which includes:
- an airlock with its own independent entrance
- a large children's playroom / TV room / piano including a new 160X200cm chest bed (therefore able to be used as a 5th bedroom). Panoramic sea view and waxed concrete floor.
- 1 large bedroom: new 160X200 bed. Waxed concrete floor and headboard. Integrated dressing room. Open sea view also.
- 1 guest bedroom: chest bed 140X200
- 1 large bathroom with bath + walk-in shower + double sink. Heated floor. Separate toilet.
Within the Parc d'Hennequeville (private domain of 33 houses, secured by a coded gate), access to the sea (150m from the house) via a staircase reserved for the inhabitants of the Park takes you to a wild beach, which itself can reach the Grande Plage de Trouville when the tide is low (about 900 meters, 15 minutes walk).
The land of the house is about 1Ha of which 1/3 is laid out as a "garden". The garden has a trampoline and a swing.
A terrace with a very large parasol (4m X3m), a dining table that can accommodate 10 guests, 2 teak deckchairs and a plancha (electric) are located at the back of the house (therefore protected from the wind)
A small shed allows you to store beach equipment and serves as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a children's bike, a small electric scooter for children and a balance bike.
High quality linen, bed linen, crockery provided.
The house accommodates 8 people and potentially 10 if the RDJ games room is used as a 5th bedroom (it benefits from a large velvet curtain to preserve its privacy and excellent bedding)
