The property has a total of 4 charming cottages perfectly independent of each other, spread over the park of the manor house with its hundred-year-old trees
These are 4 old buildings, built around 1759 around the Manor, in cob and half-timbering, typical of Norman architecture in the Pays d'Auge. Perfectly restored with respect for their authenticity.

The houses are totally independent and far enough from each other. No opposite or promiscuity in the property. Each has its own private natural space with a garden with trees and flowers, garden furniture, barbecue...
Private outdoor space but free access to the entire property which extends over 4 hectares.

"LA CHARETTERIE" (5pers+)
An old Charetterie recently converted into an atypical and charming cottage.
Ideal for a family with children or 2 couples or a small group of good friends.

Living room with open kitchen, living room and Scandinavian stove, dining room table,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together;
1 bathroom with large shower.
Upstairs, 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Please note: access to the mezzanine is via a miller's ladder which is not suitable for young children or the elderly.

FOR THE HAPPINESS OF YOUNG AND OLD:
Each house is well separated from the others and has perfect privacy while enjoying the entire property, the meadows, the woods, the park with slide, trampoline and swing and of course the Tennis, for the happiness of young and old!

The preserved and enclosed natural environment allows the little ones to evolve freely and safely.

To complete the décor, our animals also decorate the place: the donkey, the sheep, ponies, the little border collie and our 2 cats are wonderful companions, not to mention our chickens for fresh eggs for breakfast in the morning.
All these animals are adorable and friendly with children!

Payment is made on arrival on site.

- use of wood for the fireplace at discretion (flat rate of 15€ /calendar day)

- Preparation of beds with supply of sheets, towels, tablecloth and kitchen towels. (flat rate €12.50/pers)

- our table d'hôte, direct from the vegetable garden to the plate...

- excellent breakfasts 15€ or hearty Brunch 27,50€

- pretty gourmet baskets (for aperitifs, lunch on the grass and snacks .... very very greedy (19,50€/pers.)

And I can even (if I'm there) cook you "on demand", a meal with little onions, just for you,
