About this house rental
At the gates of Deauville and Trouville this typical Normandy style ancient house comes with a lovely garden, a pool (11 x4 m) and a guest house. The mainhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room/ living with a beautiful fire place. The guesthouse consists of one bedroom with shower and a small kitchen.
Deauville and Trouville are close by and very popular because of their fine restaurants, designer shops and off course the race courses! All the famous Thouroughbred studfarms are sourrounding Deauville and are worth a visit. If you wish a visit to join the racehorse training in the morning this can be arranged!

We had a great week at Philippe’s place. The house was perfect for our family and the children loved playing in the large outdoor space and swimming in the pool, which Philippe kindly heated for us. We had many cozy nights by the fireplace and it was easy to drive to Deauville and Pont l’Évêque. Philippe was extremely kind and we appreciated his hospitality. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a family holiday.Everything was perfectly clean and in good condition. The pool was clean and warm enough to use when the weather was not good. The garden was secure and perfect for our dog. Philippe was a perfect host, friendly and informative and answered any queries quicky.The location was wonderful- so much to see and do. We cannot wait to visit again!

A wonderful 2 weeks stay at a very traditional house but with all the modern appliances needed to make the stay very comfortable. Super location close to the beach, restaurants & beach. Our host was very welcoming & only a quick call away if needed to answer any questions. The pool was excellent. Highly recommend
