La struttura è moderna ed è provvista di qualsiasi accessorio i quali risultano essere super funzionanti e moderni (come esempio il frigo, la doccia, tv, la lavastoviglie, l'aria condizionata).
Se dovessi trovare un piccolo difetto dire che la porta d'ingresso è decisamente da cambiare in quanto si sgancia la maniglia. Tuttavia ciò risulta essere un dettaglio abbastanza trascurabile.

Excellent locariam by the beach, apartment all refurbished with great ameneties and an owner always helpful!!!
The rooms get kinda hot, even with one AC in the living room

地點位置不錯，走路即可到達海邊，前往斯普力特市中心老城區的開車距離也近。室內空間寬敞、空調、廚具設備都很新。
提供的棉被如被單一樣單薄、熱水器不夠四個人連續洗（洗到兩個人就差不多沒有了）、我們住了三晚但準備的毛巾只有兩條中毛巾、一開始也未提供沫浴乳，我們反應了才提供、洗衣用的柔軟劑也是快沒有了、巷弄側邊停滿了車，中大型車子開進來不容易。
