Bad value for money

The best thing of this apartment is its location. On booking it was listed it had a dishwasher but unfortunately there was none which not only was bad for its price range but also because we reserved for a week so we were planning on using it. We were bewildered there wasn’t a single night lamp in the bedrooms so you need to use the main switch outside the bedrooms and then proceed in the dark! They made an effort to decorate the living room but you can’t say much for the rest of the house. One morning we woke up with no electricity and we had to stay in to wait for repairs even though the agency had the keys.

Kitchen is very basic, no microwave or breakfast mats nor a sponge or kitchen towel. Not a couple of welcome coffee capsules which you usually find in similar properties. The second bedroom and both bathrooms are very dark so you need to keep the lights on constantly. There wasn’t a room where all the bulbs were functioning. You need to flip a switch for hot water and do so every time because it won’t keep. Minimum linen and just one pillow per head. If you have people coming for a week you would expect managers to check the house before check in so guests don’t get surprises like some lights not working. Cleaning could be improved. So all in all it wasn’t a pleasant stay and if correctly advertised we would have chosen other properties with similar price and location.

It was a well located and spacious apartment if only the landlord looked at improving the comfort of his paying guests.

The location and how spacious it was

The fold away beds and sofa bed were very uncomfortable . The taps and showers were all loose. The air con was not up to standard. It was the middle of summer and the beds had only doonas, no light blankets or top sheets were available which made sleeping very uncomfortable hue to the lack of cool air.

It is not clean, dirts under the bed, balconies are not clean at all. Beds are not comfortable ( mattress are of bad quality. The apartment needs to be refurbished . I like the place and the location and I don’t want to miss the place. Please consider our comments .

Steckdose im gr. Schlafzimmer gehört repariert; Eine kl. Lampe neben dem Bett fehlt dringend! Kleinere Wasserschäden im Badezimmer. Beschreibung (auf englisch) hat kleinere Fehler - könnte aber leicht korrigiert werden.
