The location, the staff, the room was spacious and clean. The staff always cleaned after we went.
The room was underground, we were not expecting it. The breakfast was okey but it was not fresh and the choice was limited. The remote for the Tv was not working. The wifi was very slow adsince we were underground there is no network.

The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood (quite local but still walkable distance to the touristic sites) and the rooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast was quite limited in terms of variety.
My room was in the ground floor so it was quite dark and next to the breakfast area, although surprisingly quite private and not very noisy.

The property was clean and had a homely feeling when arriving to Athens. It was very convenient for walking to the tourist sites to see (Plako Town, Acropolis, Parthenon, and museums).

It was a good location, more local neighbourhood but only 20-30 minute walk from all major tourist destinations.
The room was spacious and beds were comfortable.
The apartments DO NOT have washing machines, despite this being clearly listed in both the room inclusions and description. You pay €15 for washing and drying. This was pretty steep, but we didn’t have time to seek out a laundry mat to do it ourselves. I was very disappointed to find there was no in-room washing machine, as this was one of the reasons I booked this accommodation. I was even more annoyed to find out it would cost me €15 for a simple wash and dry.
