Wonderful hidden gem

Fabulous property. Very clean indeed. Great communication pre check in. Beautiful private courtyards to sit in. They hold your luggage for you free of charge. The triple room was very spacious with the extra bed being a real bed not a sofa bed. Nice little dressing room . Bathroom was spacious with a good walk in shower. Kitchen area was a bonus. Power points by the bed were great. Good air conditioning too. We were in room 4 which was below street level but it had plenty of light and even some blinds to take out street lights at night. Everything has been thought out so well in this quaint hidden gem. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were off on a cruise the next day. Taxi from airport was 50 euro but you can reach the hotel By airport metro for 9 euro and then a 10 min walk. To get to the old town area it was only 5 euros in a taxi but you could walk it probably in 30 mins or so if you are fit. All in all it’s a fabulous place to stay for comfort and location and the staff that you see are so friendly and happy. We met a helpful cleaner on our arrival and a sweet boy at breakfast. The breakfast was simple but adequate, cold things with fried eggs as an option. Oh and the free cakes and fruit and water were a nice touch Thank you so much Athenian Yards!!!

We loved it all but if we were staying longer with towel changes only every three days I think the room needs more hooks to hang the wet towels.

Very nice place

Location. Very nice and clean.

The only downside of this stay was the very uncomfortable atmosphere during breakfast, where the staff kept watching us all the time. On the first day, there were two ladies from the staff there (and the room was already very small). The next day, one of the ladies was advising/suggesting where I should place the glasses to pour the juice. When my husband reached for a piece of cake that was on the table, the lady told him not to take that one because it was warm and brought him a piece from an earlier batch instead. A bit disappointing.

Great neighbourhood & lovely space

The independence from self check in to check out. Room was lovely and had all the essentials for a city break. Just over 20 mins to the acropolis. Some good neighbourhood dining options.

A short but truly enjoyable stay in Athens.

The space was impeccably clean and very comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making the stay even more pleasant. And to top it all off, the breakfast was good—fresh, varied, and delicious.

Wonderful

The location is great. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. I am a celiac, I am on a gluten free diet, so I am used to not having too much to eat for breakfast but I was extremely surprised and happy to get gluten free cake, pie and bread. So nice to see that someone cares and makes so much effort to make guests happy! The apartment is very nice and clean.

Perfect Athens base, and a really comfortable place to relax out of the heat when needed too.

Fabulous relaxing modern space. All we could want, nicely equipped kitchen too. Great location, only 15-20 mins from all the important Athens stuff, and ten minutes from lots of great bars and restaurants. Ample on-street parking. Breakfast was really rather good. Check in and out were both easy-peasy.

No complaints at all. Would recommend this as a base for anyone visiting Athens. All lovely.

Great stay

Lovely space (large suites and beautiful courtyard shared space), clean (daily cleaning and bin changes), nicest staff (whom also serve a delicious breakfast), and loads of local places for delicious meals (list of recommendations provided by the staff too) and other goods. 20minute walk to the Acropolis / centre or quicker via e-scooter.

Location can be tricky as it’s a bit far from sites. A but treacherous walking and not at all stroller friendly. But easy to get a taxi.

Very nice B&B, good location, 20 mins walk to Akropolis (great view from Pynx), 20 mins walk to Monasteraki & Plaka. Good airconditioned, big rooms, good beds. Easy to communicate with host Eleftheria. Good breakfast which you can eat on your terras or lounge. Flexible to keep your lugguage at the B&B the last day before departure.

Very nice option near acropolis and the city centre

Great location and super friendly staff! We thought we had booked a simple apartment, but the experience exceeded our expectations. We stayed for two nights, and our room was cleaned every day. There are snacks like cakes and drinks available 24 hours a day. The breakfast was very nice, featuring local and homemade products. It's within walking distance to the city center and just a few minutes from the metro. We’ll definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for 3 nights. It felt more like a home than hotel. We were in room no.5 with balcony. It was spacious and little things around were very thoughtful. Neat and clean. The breakfast was wholesome not just like any chain hotels. In living room there were always some fruits, cakes and tea.

May be not very close to any train station but walking from Monastriki square is just 20-25mins

Very nice decorated, with beautiful patio, an oasis in Athens. We were here for the second time and love this wonderful and friendly place!!

The room we had this time was at the street side, it was a bit loud. The other rooms upstairs are much more quiet and bright… next time we will request one of the rooms upstairs.

Lovely stay, would recommend 10/10

We stayed here for a night and we wished we stayed more. Eleftheria (the owner) is such a friendly and kind woman who gave us great advices, we appreciate it a lot. The place is great, modern, clean and close to the main touristic attractions. The breakfast was tasty and there were also options for vegetarians which was great because me any my friend are vegetarians. Would absolutely stay here again.

Kiki was lovely and helpful Brekky was a good variety and plentiful. Courtyard is lovely. Unit was large and nicely decorated. Mini market across the road, coffee shops and restaurants and metro all very close 15 min walk to Acropolis.

Calm and welcoming place to stay in Athens

Fantastic warm welcome here - property is on a busy street but you feel calm as soon as you step inside. Very clean and well maintained apartment, basic cooking facilities - enough to cook simple meals but there’s plenty of options for food nearby. Bed was very comfortable (sofa beds less so but fine for teens). Great location away from the main tourist areas but easy 15/20 minute walk to the centre. Highlight here is the staff team who are so friendly and welcoming - fabulous breakfast each morning. Highly recommend

Very good accommodation to rest after busy day.

Good location away from main crowded touristy area but at the same time walkable distance to the attractions. The breakfast was amazing. There is a corner store just opposite the accommodation for simple things including beer and wine.

Key collection/getting to the place was a bit stressful as our phone roaming was slow. Getting the information about access a couple of days earlier would be easier. It was not a big issue really.

Breakfast ok, but the coffee to weak for us Swedes. The hotel was lovely but the area was scrappy. But we got a lot of exercise walking to the city. Quick answers on the chat with the hotel. So on the whole it was good for that price.

Excellent stay in a peaceful residential area.

We had the apartment with the kitchenette and it was excellent. Very clean and well appointed and the breakfast was excellent. Ana and Kiki were always willing to go beyond and help in any way they could. Property is jn a very quiet residential area.

It is a bit of a walk away from the ‘happening’ parts of Athens. Some areas around the property felt a bit sketchy at night.
