I liked everything. The rooms were very clean and big. It is very close to important landmarks and the rooms had all the facilities.
I saw that it had washing and dryer facilities. Washed a big load ot clothes because we were coming from a long trip and the dryer did not dry anything for hours... I could have gone to go to the nearby washing but it was too late for that.

The Hercules appartment was full of amenities: iron machine(we did not find the iron table), hair dryer, Nespresso machine(no capsules but some pre prepared coffee bags). Bed is huge and linen are comfy and mattress is a little bit too soft. The windows are huge and have lot of ligth, as expected for a top level. We did not use the balconies but they were furnished with couch and table. Laundry and gym were well eqquiped
Some dirtiness is all around: sofa, chairs, doors and shower plaquet, they lack of deep cleaning. Alao bed mattress can be too soft for some guests like us

Nice and clean. Good area. Perfect for us.
Washing machines. No instructions in English. Dryers did not work properly. 3 hours drying one load and it was 75 percent wet. Cleaning staff could not help. No WiFi the entire week. No tv for 2 days. Finally figured out the remote batteries were dead. Man agent could not help me. Disappointed. Had to go outside to get transportation since the WiFi was not working.
