El anfitrión Elías es excelente persona y el mejor que hemos conocido jamás, nos recibió pasadas las 23 hs, nos envió un taxi al aeropuerto con mi nombre y nos hizo el favor de pedirnos giros para la cena y una botella de vino.
Estuvo pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades y nos dejó hacer un last check out porque el vuelo de regreso era tarde. El departamento es increíble, tiene de todo, lavadora, artículos de higiene algunos ingredientes de cocina, horno y productos de limpieza, un balcón precioso y super tranquilo el barrio, muy cerca de paradas de autobús y llegas en 10 minutos a Monastiraki. Repetiremos la estancia porque nos hemos ido de Atenas encantadisimos, mil gracias por todo! :)

In general it was a good place.
It was simply a restroom, bath and kitchen with no living area to sit and relax.

Everything was good, owner is very helpful, air conditioning working, water is nice. If you don't mind walking a lot or have money for taxi its a good choice.
The only thing you can question is a location which is in the middle of locals apartments. You need to do 1.2-2km to reach the central Athens area through locals doing everyday routine (which I like, but someone may not). And its not that easy to be a pedestrian in Athens.

The apartment was very clean. I loved the roof-top local, although I didn't get to spend much time up there. But it's quite welcoming and offers a lovely view of the city.
I also loved the location, just a minute walk to the 025 bus stop.
Elias was a wonderful host with a, very warm and friendly personality.
I had only one problem, I couldn't get the handheld/the hose portion for the shower to work. But I was fine, no biggie.
Overall I had a wonderful stay at Plato's Academy.
Just the hose that I couldn't get to work in the bathroom.
