Good for short stay

In general it was a good place.

It was simply a restroom, bath and kitchen with no living area to sit and relax.

Good apartments but distant from centrel

Everything was good, owner is very helpful, air conditioning working, water is nice. If you don't mind walking a lot or have money for taxi its a good choice.

The only thing you can question is a location which is in the middle of locals apartments. You need to do 1.2-2km to reach the central Athens area through locals doing everyday routine (which I like, but someone may not). And its not that easy to be a pedestrian in Athens.

Wonderful home away from home.

The apartment was very clean. I loved the roof-top local, although I didn't get to spend much time up there. But it's quite welcoming and offers a lovely view of the city. I also loved the location, just a minute walk to the 025 bus stop. Elias was a wonderful host with a, very warm and friendly personality. I had only one problem, I couldn't get the handheld/the hose portion for the shower to work. But I was fine, no biggie. Overall I had a wonderful stay at Plato's Academy.

Just the hose that I couldn't get to work in the bathroom.

Super spot with great host and amazing rooftop terrace

Super space adjacent to the city centre. 7 minutes on the 25 bus which is a 3 minute walk. Elias is a very accessible host with lots of information about Athens. The apartment building is bespoke and interesting. The apartment has everything you need, warm, A/C, kitchen equipment, lift, balcony and amazing communal rooftop terrace. Very safe and quiet area. Lovely local taverna around the corner. Adjacent supermarket and park. Clean, convenient space, great value in Athens. Stay here.

Just Perfect

The apartment was comfortable, clean, peaceful, and quiet, and it had everything I needed. It is in a safe location near all conveniences, including a huge supermarket. Elias, the owner, was lovely, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Elias, the apartment's host, was very responsive to our messages. He also went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable place to stay. I 100% recommend this place. It was nice to get detailed description of the place to stay, a very cool host, the possibility to get any advice about the stay at any time, a quiet street and the balcony for a quiet sitting and relaxation.

Great place!

It was a great place to stay and close to the city centre. Clean and basic items like tea and shower gel we're provided. We we're also allowed to use sunscreen and wine on cost of the host as it came with the apartment. Self check in was easy with detailed instructions. Furthermore the host provided us with a detailed email with do's en don'ts, we're to eat etc. He even mailed us that daylight savings time would start! A great place and a great host. I stayed for 3 Days, i was very happy with my choice. I walked to the center everyday (15min), by taxi it was around 5-10min, depending where exactly you want to go. I had access to the rooftop, which was really relaxing too. Elias was the best!! He really makes sure his guests have a pleasant stay, helped whenever i needed anything. Very welcoming and friendly!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to everyone. The apartment has everything you need, and Elias made everything super easy too. It is the perfect place to relax and rest after a busy day of sightseeing and it really feels like a home away from home. The touristic centre can be easily reached by bus in no time, and walking is also very safe if you wish to. Thank you for an amazing time in Athens!

The Host was very helpfull. He answered our questions patiently even called us a taxi in the middle of night.

A little bit away from city center. It’s not problem in the morning to go by ealk but in thr midnight you should take a taxi.
