The appartment is very nice and cozy at a very good spot in the nice Gazi area, close to metro and pubs. Really good value for the price.

Nope, do not book it!!!

I don't recommend this place at all. I did not like anything.

My experience in this location was a nightmare. After the booking, I started receiving messages from the property asking how will I pay and just insisting on having cash to pay. Even though they messaged me several times, they did not send the check-in instruction, and when I got there I had to call them and wait for 10 minutes in front of the door to receive an email with the instructions. We managed to get it and the first thing that hit us when entering was the bad smell, it smelled like a bar inside, really unpleasant. The living area has a big TV but the black couch is awful, broken, and smelled bad. Another strange situation was that on the table they had instructions for the WIFI connection, but guess what, they were wrong. I had to message them on Whatsup to ask about Wifi and they sent a message with a different network and password and they changed it but did not update the papers inside the house. The bedroom sheets were dirty and the major nightmare was that there were bugs inside the house and I could not sleep. Please do not book this place, they need to clean it, wash the walls, and make it better. This is just a place to make money, no real investment made.

Certainly is a real value for money.

Appartment very clean, cozy, spacious, fully renovated. Kitchen with relatively big refrigerator, kitchen stoves, large oven, toaster, kettle and espresso machine for "dolce gusto" capsules. Bathroom big enough with bathtub and clean towels. Nice bed with clean sheets. And a private small backyard (like a balcony) where you can enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee or a drink at night (during afternoon there is direct sunlight which is not good if summer). There is hot water all day without the need to switch anything on. Neighborhood, there is a metro station at about 10 minutes walking (Kerameikos station) from where you can go everywhere within 5 to 10 minutes. Around that station there are many bars, some of them have beautifull terraces. The neighborhood is certainly not one of the top areas of Athens, but is a residential area which seems to be quiet and safe. There is a big super market near the house and also a bakery, a pharmacy and a traditional coffee shop. If you have a car, it seems easy to find a parking spot on the street near the house. Staff is very polite and mr Alkis always on the phone to help if needed (I didn't actually need anything big because everything was ok).

The appartement is ground floor, almost on the street level. That wasn't really a problem for me, beacause the street has little traffic and the bedroom is at the back, so the traffic noise at the bedroom was not a problem. Also there is a railway near the house so there is a little noise when trains pass, but they pass every hour or more and don't pass from about 23.00 at night till the morning.

Great value for money and quiet area

The property is really nice and you have quite everything you’d need. There’s a railway nearby but if you close the blinders and the windows, you won’t hear anything at night, other than that it’s a quiet area. The location has a supermarket nearby at about 3-5 minutes to walk, a great pastry near the market as well, while the metro is at about 10 minutes walking distance. You can either walk or take 1-2 metro stops to the center. Overall, it was a great stay and the communication with the owner was excelent. Tip: bring some slippers as there’s only tile flooring everywhere

The heater in the bathroom was a bit rusty and the walls in the room quite dirty (from killing mosquitoes most likely), while the shower head looked really overused and could be replaced. A nice attention to add for the property would be to have some disposable slippers (similar to hotels) as there’s only tile flooring everywhere.

Was awesome short stay in athens . Place worked well!!

Little courtyard was great and having supermarket, cafe in walking distance . Netflix great. Bedding clean . Great air conditioning. Prompt response to messages !!A+++

Warning to not being able to flush toilet paper would be great. Amount of grafitty around should make known. It was bit shock on arrival . Place was nice inside . Great security. Felt safe at night.

È molto vicino alla metropolitana

La appartamento non era pulito . Il cestino sotto il lavandino era metà pieno. Il cortile non era pulito. C'era un odore sgradevole di chiusura. Il frigo non era acceso. Il codice per entrare era sbagliato. Ho dovuto aspettare fuori per 2:30. Scarsa comunicazione. Il ragazzo che rispondeva al cellulare non sapeva quasi niente e sua mamma che rispondeva ai messaggi su booking faceva di testa sua. È entrata una volta mentre ero via e la seconda anche se le ho chiesto di non disturbare e di non venire al appartamento lei e venuta suonando il campanello fino a svegliarmi per portare il router che stavo aspettando per due giorni. Venerdì sera c'è aperto un locale di fronte che rende molto difficile dormire visto che le persone si accomodano sui gradini
