Апартаментът е просторен, добре поддържан и има всичко необходимо за един чудесен престой в Атина. Успяхме да намерим място за колата и я паркирахме безплатно на близка улица. Тъй като бяхме отседнали за нова година в апартамента и беше студено, Мари ни каза да пуснем отоплението и след няколко часа вече беше достатъчно топло. И топла вода имаше постоянно.
Комуникацията с Мари е изключително лесна и приятелска, тя отговаряше веднага на всичките ни въпроси и беше много мила и отзивчива. Също така ни беше оставила подарък бутилка вино и бутилка вода, благодарим!
Препоръчвам апартамента и ако отидем в Атина, с удоволствие бихме отседнали отново там!
Единствено ни липсваше дъска за рязане в кухнята и Мари каза, че скоро ще набави.

Large apartment, in a safe area with multiple parking options.

Mary is a very nice host and caring. The apartment is located in Kalithea very close to the main road with easy access to groceries and bakeries. 10min walking distance from Tavros metro station can be used to access to the Acropolis area or if you intend to walk it takes around 30min. The best thing was to find easily the parking spots. There is plenty spots right in front of the building and you can see your car from the big balcony of the apartment. It was especially important for us since we travel with a van. The apartment is well equipped and there is almost nothing missing.
Light refurbishment, the style and the equipments are still a bit old can be renewed for a better comfort.

Very good restaurant next door. Apartment well equipped.
Owner very accommodating and responsive when able to contact.
Poor instructions for finding the keys. It took us too long to work out how to get into the property.
Not so easy to contact the owner. Doesn't always answer the phone and speaks practically no english. Communication is by SMS for which she uses a translation tool.
The property is very dated. 1980s decor throughout.
