Spacious enough for a family of 4.
Balcony is nice
Good value for the money
No real complaints. Property isnt fancy versus functional. No views. You'll have to walk a bit. But a nice find for a budget minded family trip.

New property in very good state and very clean. We were two couples so it was good to have bedrooms and bathrooms and separate ends of the apartment. Very nice and large rooftop.
A few amenities were missing: a safety deposit box to keep valuables, bottles of water (especially when guests are arriving late), floor mats for the bathroom. The second bathroom was very small. The sink was tiny and is really only for washing hands - water goes everywhere when you brush teeth etc. Same thing when you shower - water goes everywhere - so having a bath mat would have helped a bit.

La voiture a pu être garée ds la rue sans souci
Manque de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle ( sopalin)
