The area is very quiet, easily reachable, the apartment is specious, tidy and overall good to relax after strolling and exploring all day.
The host is very attentive and helpful. I received clear instructions before arrival and entered the apartment easily.
The Mattress in one of the bedrooms is sunken in the middle.
My friend complained about the sofa bed, it was very hard to comfortably sleep on it.
Also there was a problem in the bathroom door knobs, sometimes it stuck and it was hard to open from the inside.
The patio was not cleaned enough and we did not have the chance to sit there.
It just needs some maintenance work to be done, that's it.

For a group of 4 was comfortable for a few days. Place was clean. About 15-30 walks to places of interest. There is a bus stop close by (generally passed on time to leave but it rarely comes back on schedule). Our apartment had a small balcony where it was nice to enjoy coffee in the morning.
