The apartment is spacious and clean with 3 large bedrooms and a good sized terrace. There is a dining area, separate kitchen with everything we needed for a short stay plus 2 bathrooms and another WC. The lounge area had a comfy sofa and was big enough for 4 of us with TV. It's on the 4th floor but there is a small lift for those less mobile.
We couldn't flush one of the toilets but it was fixed as soon as we reported it. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk to Plaka and the Acropolis and is near to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and minimarkets. Would definitely recommend.
We would have preferred a second shower rather than bath, so providing a shower over the bath and shower screen would be a good idea. The area isn't the nicest but it seemed safe and was near to all amenities.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We stayed as a family with four children. The area was safe and quiet. It’s a short walk from the Acropolis, about 15-20 walk. We walked with a stroller. The apartment had everything you need. A big balcony. We had a lovely stay. The coffee shop called Minutca right near the entrance is very good.
