It was not terribly far from everything, but about a mile. It was clean, and the host allowed an early check in and late check out.
You had to turn the hot water on everytime you showered. We had 5 people so heating it for 20 min before each shower was a bit challenging.

The apartment is clean and modern. The beds and pillows in the two bedrooms are very comfortable. The host also allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage there.
There is no dishwasher. The shower area is quite small, and every time you shower, water spreads across about half of the bathroom, leaving it very wet. The extra bed for the fifth person sinks in the middle and is very uncomfortable. The friend sleeping in the living room was woken up by sunlight every morning. The location is okay, you can walk to Acropolis but to city center Syntagmatos is too far to walk.

Pleasant stay about 20 minutes by foot from main tourist areas. Spacious apartment well suited for a family of 4 looking for a budget friendly stay. Balcony is nice for relaxing.
No real complaints. Furnishings are a bit more basic but practical.
