If you are planning your next trip to Capitola or Santa Cruz area, we are offering the premier beach front vacation rental for you which is located in the heart of Capitola Village. Our home has breath taking ocean views from the living room & Kitchen area and is located directly on the beach of Capitola Village in the famous Venetian Apartments.
In this quaint Mediterranean style beachfront home, every room has been recently remodeled with all new appliances and granite kitchen counter tops. Accommodations sleep five comfortably with a full bath. Also featured is a 37'' flat screen monitor for evening entertainment.
Wake up in the morning and watch the sunrise while you enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Step out the door on to the sand and take a jog or simply stroll along the beach while looking out at the world reknowned Monterey Bay.
You can also take a walk along the Capitola Wharf and get a bite to eat at the Wharf House Restaurant. If you feel up to it, you can rent a boat or kayak and enjoy the waters of the Bay or try your hand at surfing. Capitola Village offers a wide variety of dining such as Italian, Mexican, Tai, Mid Eastern or one of America's best Pizza. If you prefer fine dining, the world's famous ''Shadow Brook Restaurant'' is within two blocks walking distance of our home. Capitola village also provides nightlife and entertainment as well, which is just a walk across the beach or down the street.

We stayed at this property for a week during 4th of July, and we had an amazing time. You cannot beat the location, and having your own private spot on the beach each day is priceless (especially on crowded days such as holidays/weekends). We didn't even use our car the entire trip because everything was within walking distance....shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The best part of our trip was meeting the neighbors/locals who live nearby and came down to the beach each day to BBQ. they were so nice and generous and made us feel like family.
We will be coming back to stay here ASAP!

This was our second time staying at this property and it is as described. Perfect location and nice place for a family with little kids.

Cute place. Cute decor… but could really use some comfortable living room furniture and better beds. The beds were a queen size bed frame with a double mattress. Resulted in frame sticking out much further than the mattress; just an accident waiting to happen. Second bed is a day bed, twin size. Fouton in the living room is full size, but no sheets or bedding provided. There is no way this place could sleep 5 average sized adults!! Sink and bathtub in bathroom need replacing. Extremely stained. But… love the location. Could see the beach and hear the ocean up close and personal. For the price, the place should have been top notch, but it just isn’t! Will not be staying here again.
