Beautiful Apartment with Patio in Chelsea

We were 4 people and we spent short time inside it but we were very comfortable. It's a quien neighborhood and it's near two underground stations (almost 10 minutes walking) for different lines that connect you to everywhere in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Exactly as advertised, did all we needed it to. Photos are accurate. My only negative is there was only one towel for each of us and no paper towels or dish towels. But, that being said, a great place in London

It's a nice little flat in an ok neighborhood. In the hands of an attentive host who actually cared about their guests, it could even be a pleasant experience. But this "host" leaves a great deal to be desired. There was no useful guest information in unit, like how to operate the wash/dryer or dishwasher. What little info there could have been found on your phone. Much of it was either irrelevant or out-of-date. I had to download the user instructions from the manufacturer to wash and dry clothes. Asking "Alex" resulted in yet another of many information 'rabbit holes.' Suffice to say, communication is a skill "Alex" is still developing. When you're told "the bed will be made up", that doesn't mean what most of us would expect. In my adult son's case, who slept on the futon sofa, it meant a pile of sheets and a blanket was left for him to make a bed. In my case (the only bedroom), it meant nothing more than a duvet smelling of other people's sweat. No sheets. Then there are the 'spooky' issues. Like when "Alex" tried to draw me into accepting "a package" at the flat on his behalf. I refused and left it sitting outside. It was still there when our stay ended. And the morning someone let themselves into the flat. While we were asleep. Their heavy foot falls in the hallway outside my room woke me. I listened as they opened and closed the front door behind them. I watched thru the window as they climbed stairs. This means the flat can't be secured when you're not in it.
