Excellent location opposite earls court tube station. The apartment was above a busy pub, but you never know. Very clean with comfy beds, spacious rooms and big windows with good view of main street.

No hangers in wardrobe and no basics like washing up liquid for dishes or loo roll. However i'm sure if I had asked they would have provided these items as the team were very pleasant and helpful. This obviously didnt affect our stay and we would definitely book again. Just thought I would mention it in review as it is fairly new on booking.com.

Let me first state that I would have given top marks if the apartment had been checked before our arrival. The young barman who dealt with us on our arrival was very helpful in the circumstances - the location was brilliant and the bright apartment could/should have been fantastic - BUT....

We ignored the stairs up to the 2 bed apartment and entered, to find the same issues as previously stated in a review in May! 1. Door handle to bedroom one was still not repaired and the equipment/tools were left laying on the floor. (We had an email just before our arrival to tell us that the repair was ongoing). 2. Two TVs with one handset. No channels on bedroom 2 TV, while the TV in bedroom 1 could only get BBC 2, and to get that you had to used the switch at the back of the TV. 3. Toilet seat STILL not repaired. 4. The towels were left on the couch which is an absolute 'no no' and should have been left on each of the beds. 5. The washing machine was full of the pub's laundry! 6. An issue when arriving as there was only a barman on duty and he could not contact his boss and had no idea how to let us into the property.
