Really disappointed
The size of the apartment is really nice. It's very nicely designed outside and inside. Have everything you need of facilities for the kitchen and bathroom. The village has a modern look. Also have a swimming pool and gym, which is nice.
The accommodation looks very nice from the outside and inside, just like in the photos. However, inside there was a strong smell of mold and dampness. The apartment felt like no one had entered it for a long time, not even to air it out. There were spiders in the towels and blankets, which confirms my suspicion that the linens and towels have been sitting there unused for quite some time. There were also a lot of stink bugs in the room, which I understand since the area is surrounded by nature — but in that case, the apartment needs better maintenance, like installing net on terrace door. No one greeted us or checked us out, but I did receive a message with instructions on how to access the apartment. The place was very cold during this period, and when I turned on the air conditioning, a terrible smell spread throughout the room, and it didn’t work properly. I checked to see what was wrong, and it was obvious that the unit had never been cleaned. In a humid area like this, that can be a serious health risk, as it can cause various infections or illnesses. For this category of accommodation and the price charged, this is unacceptable. The glass on the floor in front of the terrace door was broken, which is a serious safety hazard. The bathroom is large, spacious, and nice, but the hot water pressure is extremely weak — it was impossible to take a proper shower, especially for me as a woman with long hair. I have a lot of photos of the apartment, but in booking you can put only four, unfortunately. To sum up: the place is nicely designed and built, both inside and out, but it is completely neglected. It’s a real shame for such a beautiful complex that has a pool, gym, and very well-constructed apartments.

Nice area but not our studio
The area is quiet. The bathroom was big and comfortable.
The houses are divided in apartments or studios. We can hear everything from the other apartments. There is no sound proof isolation (like in many Italian buildings by the way). Our studio was strangely set. There was a huge Pilar in the middle of the living room / kitchen / dining table. The pilar was taking the space to navigate around these spaces. Our children were sleeping in the sofa bed so between the sofa bed, the huge pillar, our suitcases, there was barely space to walk for 4 people. Sitting at the round table was impossible because there was no space to have the chairs around the table. I wonder if the other studios also have this huge pilar in the middle of the living space…

Location apartment 4 is very near the busy pool and above the gym. Apartments are furnished with cheap flimsy furniture and very small.

Too bad, this place would have potential if they would but some effort in it, now cannot recommend it.
Very friendly staff, nice quiet neighborhood, good pool area and good, but limited breakfast.
Our room was not ready at 4pm when we came although check in started at 3pm. We got it just before 5pm. The house looked quite new but everything from bed to furniture indoors and outside seemed that they were the cheepest options and thats why the place was not really pleasant. Nothing what the pictures showed. Bed had an old mattress with a deep hole in the middle and the sofa bed was ok for small kids but anyone heavier could not sleep on it. Outdoor lights were very bright and due to poor curtains the light came inside aswell. Also our terrace was dirty, grass filled with sicarret buts and even a bloody tissue in front of the door. Considering the price we paid, not worth it.

Pillows need updating and the extra additional costs for towels, the use of the washing machine etc. can be clearer at the booking site , but it’s no problem.

Superb
We stayed very comfortable in this place, very hidden but still within reach. The pool is small, but for a morning swim, it's great. The room is relatively new, with a modern interior and a nice place to sit outside. The breakfast was good, with more than just the usual Italian brioche and excellent service.
We were under the assumption to have two whole rooms. However, the apartment was one room with a wooden divider that didn't give us parents privacy.
