Good value, well equipped with a friendly host

Friendly welcome, good sized place, extremely quiet and well equipped with pretty much everything you need. The quietness might have partly been to the nearby trains are not running during major renovations, but as the flat is at the back of the building, I think it will be fine. It’s in an undisturbed part of a nice town (Stresa), so you can safely leave the car outside the property on the street (which is shaded on that side too). Really good value flat for a week - grazie mille Alessia!

Not really anything much that Casa Sole can do. It was very hot in the week we stayed, so the fan was a great help. But as my wife seems to attract mosquitoes it was difficult to open windows without letting them in as there are no mosquito nets. There are a couple of insect repellent devices which plug in, so if you are less attractive to mosquitoes then you should be fine.

Good spacious, clean apartment

Size of apartment allowed us to sit out a rainy wet day. Good hot water. Coffee available. Suggestions regarding places to eat.

Minimal light in living room. A little more light for reading would have been nice but we managed.

Relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment was great: comfortable, well detailed, clean, had washing facilities and a garden. Carla picked me up from the ferry pier and Alessia offered to take me to the train station which was fantastic. They also offered me a very late checkout. I felt very well-looked after. The apartment is in a quiet area, though close to the train station. They provided a lot of information about the area.

Exceptional

Really nice apartment, situated in a calm zone of the city, but next to the city center. Great terrasse, excellent place for breakfast or dinner with a glass of wine. Alessia was really nice and gave some good advice. We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Sole.

There are a lot of home fragrances. I know, that some people enjoy them a lot, but we don't really enjoy them. Fortunately, it was easy to deactivate one in the bedroom. Just be aware that there is such a thing

Superb

Alessia is a very caring person. She ordered a pizza for us as we arrived very late. She also helped us with the direction when we were lost due to a landslide at the Swiss-Italian border. Thank you for everything!

Quiet private place with all of Stresa's grandeur and liveliness just around the corner

It is a spacious and clean apartment, with a living room, fully equipped kitchen (better than many other, more expensive apartments we've stayed in), large bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, and small shielded outdoor space. The location is perfect in a quiet residential area, only a ten-minute walk away from the lakeside and town center. We just parked our car in the free parking lot right in front of the apartment and went everywhere on foot and by boat. The service was great. Our helpful host, Alessia, was easy to reach all the time and there is also a friendly neighbor you can reach out to in case of urgent matters. Compliments for their hospitality!

* No freezing compartment in the refrigerator. (On the positive side, the refrigerator cools very very good.) * No view from the windows (staring at blind walls).

Parfait ! Ce logement est parfait pour qui veut passer du tout autour de ce lac magnifique

Propreté, emplacement, commodités présentes et l’accueil. Nous avons trouvé un petit cocon pour nos deux nuits, et tout était présent pour notre petit de 11 mois. Encore merci !

Da ritornare per una futura vacanza:

Appartamento pienamente soddisfacente per due persone, pulito, leggermente fuori dal centro, tranquillo e facilmente raggiungibile. Ampia possibilità di posteggio nella strada antistante. Cortesia e disponibilità da parte dell'host.

gut für 2-3 tage kurzurlaub, man hat alles in der unterkunft was man braucht, hat direkt einen stellplatz vor dem haus o

das bett war sehr bequem, ein niedlicher hinterhof mit einer süßen sitzecke, die unterkunft war sehr sauber , 10-15 min zu fuß bis in die stadt also relativ zentral und die gastgeberin alessia war sehr nett.

keine klimaanlage ( nur ein ventilator) , die handtücher haben sehr gefusselt und wenn man geduscht hat war danach das ganze badezimmer unter wasser .
