Fine if you know what you're getting into

Convenient location for my specific needs for this trip. Rooms seems secure and the bathroom has hot water, towels are soft but small. No bugs. Staff was pleasant

The bed is fine, the bedding is not good. Lumpy pillows, no blanket, and worst of all nasty stained sheets. This is one of those places you bring your own bedding.

I would of liked a microwave and or a coffee maker in the room. Also facial tissue paper. A phone connection to charge my phone by the bed would be great.

Its just ok

The staff was nice. They receive me almost at midnight without any trouble checking in. The AC and wifi worked great. There are food places nearby (panda express, kfc, burger king, mcdonalds), also there is a target and a food4less at 10 min.

The facilities are just ok. The room's floor was dirty even though at first glance you couldn't see it. There were some stains on the blankets but no weird odors or anything like that. There is an ICE machine but because its outside it looked sketchy and dirty. There is no drinkable water fountain except one from the lobby.

Amazing I spent the night comfortably!

I think the location of the hotel was perfect for me. There were a few stores and restaurants nearby so that was a plus. The staff members were also nice! Jay was friendly and gave an exceptional service! The rooms were also clean and were a non-smoking environment so that was great for us! If I ever go back I would definitely book a hotel with them!

Some requests were at least trying to accommodate As for such hotel rooms were not bad at all, but still were a very bad moments They have a bathroom They had armed guards on the day when I arrived, so it's a good sign

Communication was ridiculous and rude but the bad impression overcame the good moments make the linens cleaner at all, some of them had moldy stains or something like this remove the blood and other stains from the wall in some of your rooms, it's disgusting Wasted a lot of time and effort on solving cleanliness issue, and in the end of a days He didn't apologized for the rude behaviour
