No have microwave and breakfast is normal no good

I am from Las Vegas and I needed to rent a room for a friend. I had already reserved on Booking and come to find out they did not accept cash. I was concerned cause my friend did not have a debit card and if I cancelled the reservation I would’ve been charged at least one night-ugh. I called the front desk and spoke to Walter-Walter was very helpful, he sent me a “card authorization form” so they could use my debit card with out me or my card being present. The form was easy to complete and I was able to pay for the stay through the booking app. The deposit was placed and returned to my card with no issue. Thank you for making this a smooth transition for my friend and helping me make the arrangements from a whole other state!

There might have been only one little complaint and that is that when opening the window the screen was off level and a couple of bugs got in but it was not anything that major of a deal.

On the morning after our arrival we let the front desk know that there were spiderwebs on the top left and middle part of the ceiling, we found toe nail clippings on the floor, buggers on the wall and when we went to use a towel it had hair on it. The front desk stated they would clean the room but I think the only thing he heard was that the room smelled bad because when we returned to the room everything was still there but the room had been sprayed with some Febreze. Now if you ask why we didn’t let them know upon arrival we didn’t check in until 8ish/9ish and were both tired from the drive. I was beyond confused about all the good reviews on this hotel and my guess is they must pay for them. The breakfast was also the same thing provided every day steamed sausages/bacon, steamed poached eggs, potatoes and of course the waffle machine which was probably the best thing. Ohhh and on the morning of our first stay my partner found a hair in the potatoes.

The location was great close to family. Breakfast was good as well. Room was clean.

The parking garage height was too low. Kids running around in the halls. Slamming doors you could hear every door when it Shuts. You can’t eat breakfast in the room which makes it difficult because the eating area is so small, you have to wait for a table or stand up and eat.

The property is fantastic. The most courteous and helpful staff. Will be back next year.

Great and quiet property once inside

This hotel was the best experience on my trip to Los Angeles. It's very close to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was hot and delicious, the room was clean and smoke-free, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was included and very safe. I truly recommend it.

Accessible to places I had to visit

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good value. Breakfast is really good.

The contractors are given ALL the 10 minute check in spots to park their trucks and equipment in, like regular spots. It was stated by management that it is at their discretion.

Breakfast was as described. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent location for what we were doing.

The driveway in and out of the parking garage, it was very narrow and there was a blind spot coming out.

The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was acceptable.

I did not like the attitude of the staff in the hotel restaurant. They did not fill up the food where it was finished, we had to ask for everything. We stayed there for 6 nights and on one day there was not anything hot for breakfast. If we went for breakfast after 8 in the morning many kinds of food were gone, and they said it is finished and guests that came down for the breakfast did not have basically no choice what to eat except cereals..

We were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast included was really good. Parking was a little tricky with the low ceiling height on the lowest level, but doable and appreciated. We will stay here again.

Electrical outlets not secure. Beds and bathroom not good for handicapped person. Beds too high. Shower was great, but low commode problem

Too noisy. The walls are too thin and you can hear everything from the next room and the room above you.

Breakfast OK, room was good, it had a small fridge. It was very clean.

Checking process was not so fast.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was limited but enough, you have to go early though. The staff was always helpful and accommodating to your request. The free parking was also a plus. Banning smoking was a great move also as the whole Los Angeles was smoking weed. We were happy that there wasn’t any smoking in the hotel building.

The smell of the rooms. It smell like old wet furniture. We left the window open all day to air the room. There were no bottled water provided in the rooms. That was one of our minimum expectations but they provided water in the lobby which you had to drink from a cup and there was a sign not to fill your bottles. The shower had was fixed so it was hard to take a proper shower.

Underground and complimentary parking. Rooms have a balcony you can step out onto. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Felt very safe. Two elevators for convenience. Central AC/heat worked great, no issues with any appliances. 12 PM check out rather than 10 or 11 like other properties.

loved that they offered breakfast only downside was the small dining area. One morning it was very crowded and we left to get breakfast somewhere else so get there early.. Room & bathroom was very clean upon arrival.

The beds were just a bit too stiff for my liking.

Breakfast was good , but if anything is finished they didn’t restock so you should go early for the breakfast .
