Did not stay found a new location down the street.

Close to the freeway and gas stations.

The room was so disgusting and it had a terrible smell like someone does in there. There was also cigarette burns all over the window seal in a non-smoking room. I walked in checked out the room and walked out. There was no way I could get a good nights rest in that horrible room. The space felt like a scene where horror films are made. Do not recommend! 0/10. We booked a new room down the street and left.

Mostly everything. First I was harassed by. The local police department over an argument that I wasn’t there to have. They drew guns on the young lady I had with me then the first room had roaches everywhere the second room did to all in all just a low budget place to be.

Don’t stay here

The first room they gave us had a pipe leak in the wall so they moved us to another room which was actually worse. There was roaches everywhere and the bathroom floor had a leak under the floor. When you stepped on the tile water came out from underneath it. I only booked here because of the location but NEVER AGIAN.

Everything both rooms had water leaks. We should have stayed in the first room because roaches were in the 2nd room they moved us too.

The property was extremely dirty and disgusting, by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my life

There were cockroaches in our room, unwashed sheets and towels, no hot water in the shower, blankets with holes, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside the room. There were also pets in the accommodation, even though it was supposed to be a no-pet place. To make matters worse, firefighters had to come to assist a guest. It was simply horrible.

Wow the worst by far. Towels where wet. Toilet was clogged. Bed linens dirty. No pillowcase floor was disgustingly dirty. Graffiti in the bathroom and in the lamps. The whole room smelled like urine and feces. Th front door was broken. 😡

That hotel, Star Best Inn, shouldn't be open for business. It's too bad I didn't take a picture; it's so dirty that they don't change the blanket, the bathtub is broken, and there is a hole, the sink drainage is leaking, and outside there is a lot of dog poop, All they said in website is not true it's a scam, its not a queen bed its only full size, there is no microwave inside your room, you need to go to the second floor to use microwave, take note the microwave is the the second floor outside with the ice machine, and its so dirty they don't clean the microwave, we stay there for 6 nights, we ask if we can cancel the 5 nights but they won't refund our money. They should not be in the business

My Stay There was A Last Resort As I Could Not Find Another Motel that night

I liked the area that the property was in what I Did Not Like is the fact that the Manager Demanded to see my dogs Service Animal Certificate knowing that he was Not Supposed to ask for proof of my dogs designation

Do not stay here unless you know what you're in for

The whole room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly in a while. The overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was disgusting inside the room. The sink had some form of fluid stains all over and it was disgusting. The worst part was the mattress the left side was fine but from the middle to the right side it was completely caved in and at an angle and if you rolled from the left side it would feel like falling out of it. It was like it had a big hole on the right side which made it impossible to sleep for me as we were sharing and I was on the bad side.
