Man, both myself and my friend were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Honestly, for the great low price, it not only exceeded, but flew past our expectations. The room was very nice, very clean, and smelled wonderful. The staff were so helpful and accomodating, and never made us feel rushed. I highly, highly recommend it!

This was by far the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve had. The *only* thing this property has going for it is the outer building and reception area — they look decent. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room was absolutely pathetic. The bathroom was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic amenities — no shampoo, no conditioner, nothing. There weren’t even laundry bags provided. For a hotel, these are bare minimum expectations. Hospitality was non-existent. Zero warmth. Zero effort. While booking, we specifically added a note clearly stating that we are vegetarians and listed our allergies. Most hotels are proactive — they either email after booking or ensure basic vegetarian options like bread, butter, fruits, milk, or cereals are available. We didn’t ask for anything extravagant — just the most basic breakfast staples. No one reached out after booking. No one acknowledged the note. The next morning at breakfast, we were shocked. There was literally nothing we could eat. No bread, no fruits, no milk — nothing. When we politely asked the server (Elizabeth), she was extremely rude and said, *“If you’re vegetarian, then there’s no breakfast for you guys.”* That level of insensitivity and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. We even approached the front desk and requested something simple like cereals, milk, or fruits. We were flatly told no. Why ask guests to add notes during booking if they are going to be completely ignored? We chose this hotel for our last night after a 10-day road trip, hoping to rest before heading home. It turned out to be the worst decision of our trip. We’ve stayed at multiple Choice properties across the US and Canada, and nowhere have we experienced staff or management being this rude or unwilling to provide basic amenities. This experience fell far below the standards we’ve come to expect. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend.
