Team members were great, very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms are very basic, behind in maintenance and outdated but clean. Rode noise in the room however is very bad - the door wasn't properly sealed. Not our favorite area.

I would stay here again just not with my pets.

The facility did not allow pets and we checked in late at night. We did not realize that before booking, but they did let us stay and we just kept our dogs in the car and had my husband stay with them. They did not make us leave.

The management saw the dogs in the car and we saw them walking around our car. They did not come to us since our vehicle was on record to speak with us about the issue so I went to them to see what was going on then learned they did not accept pets.

When I first arrived they gave me a key to someone else room. It was a family, error on the hotel, and also very dangerous! It also caused tension for us and the family. Hotel did nothing. Was also very messy! Hair everywhere!

Great Stay

The location is good, it is away from a lot of things, but it’s easy to get to them when needed. The rooms were well-decorated and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great and worked really well. Fridge and microwave were both super nice to have.

My room didn’t have a shower curtain or shower door, which wasn’t a big deal, just meant everything was quite wet. Some guests also had loud cars that they liked turning on at all hours of the morning and night, and there were a lot of loud talkers outside of the rooms at all hours. Mostly out of control of the motel.

The room was dirty. Hair on the floor, bathroom wall, tub, toilet! Bed was dirty it also had hair in the sheets! Cigarette burns on the bedding. Smell was horrible.

The lady that checked us in was pleasant and wanted to make sure we liked our room.

Night time got bad. There was people that looked like they were having a party in the room next door to us and using drugs and were strolling by looking at vehicles. We let management know and they hung up on us. it’s not a place to stay with your kids. Sheets looked like they had cigarette burns on them.

parking at location, the man on the front was very helpful, it had a fridge & microwave 2 separate toilets one in living room area the second one next to jacuzzi that by the way was big and clean with mirrors around the walls, enough supplies and towels. king size bed was very comfortable i would highly recommend this place

returning the room card as i was about to open the door to the front a woman who at the time was standing outside without saying anything just got the card off my hand and walked away

Nothing, it was very dirty, I had to request to change rooms since the one we got first a couple of times was dirty, I originally reserved 2 rooms, one for me and my girlfriend and another for my family members and both rooms were dirty.

It was dirty, no breakfast available, bunch of tagging outside and inside.
