Nice 2 night stay

It was a very nice hotel. I felt really safe. The continental breakfast was very good.

The only negative thing that I would have to say is that there was supposed to be a Denny's within the property but it was burned down.

Over all we like this hotel.

Lobby had plenty of space to seat and relax. Over all it was very clean.

Bathroom sink drainage was not good, in the morning the sink had a bunch of black debris around the drain hole. Hot water was not available in the sink, barely warm after running the faucet for awhile.

Clean and comfortable! Very much enjoyed the full self-serve breakfast and not having to travel for it. Staff members, especially in the dining room, were friendly and helpful.

There seemed to be no exhaust fan in our bathroom, just a vent on the wall without a switch.

Great location for Universal and Disney

It’s not in the middle of LA but just far out enough that it isn’t a long trip into the city. Also if visiting Disney and Universal, it is location pretty much in the middle of both.

The Denny’s burnt down outside! Not many places to eat near by, you have to go somewhere else to eat dinner

The hotel was convenient for the 1 night stay to our next destination.

The room was fine. Breakfast was good.

I didn't like having to put down a $100 deposit. Every hotel that we have stayed at doesn't charge a deposit. At the end of the stay if things are missing or damaged the place will just charge the credit card used to pay for the room. We will be coming that way again in January 2nd 2026 and if you are going to charge a deposit we will look somewhere else.

Enjoyable stay with free buffet breakfast, free parking, and a good distance from major LA attractions

I enjoyed the free buffet breakfast, there were many options and it was a great way to start the morning. The staff including the people at the front desk and cleaning staff were all nice and smiling. Everyone truly wanted to help out which was nice to have. Also the cleaning staff are very attentive to cleaning especially in the lobby area. Right after eating breakfast they would clean right away. The room was also pretty big as well!

It was rather frustrating queuing for coffee during the peak period at breakfast because a coffee making machine was the only choice. Furthermore, the said machine would become very slow on re heating the water.

A decent stay overall, but cleanliness and noise issues took away from the comfort.

- The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. - My room was clean and well-furnished compared to other 3-star hotels - Amenities like free Wi-Fi, a gym, and free parking were reliable and added to the comfort. - Special Thanks to Cesear who resolved my issue during my stay

- The hotel was quite far from the main city attractions, so getting around would have been difficult without a rental car. Thankfully, I had one. - The room lacked proper noise isolation. I could clearly hear conversations and movements from the corridor and nearby rooms, which affected my rest. - I found ants on the bed during my stay, which was completely unacceptable. While the staff did accommodate my request to change the room, this issue reflects a lack of proper cleaning and hygiene standards.

This was a decent hotel stay

The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The property was kept well, it had a pool and gym so that was good.

The TV kept going out, had to call maintenance twice. The toilet as well. Had to get a plunger from the staff to free a clog. This also happened twice. The parking wasn't great. Check in took a while. And all the floors had a residual smokey smell.

Perfect for traveling with kids

The Stuff is incredible nice and helpful. The Breakfast is really good. Everything was very clean and the price was fine. It's a perfect place, if you travel with family/kids.

The location is not really central. It took us one to two hours to get where we want (it's next to the Freeway.) But I dont know, if there is a better place for the price.

1. The cooler/heater made a lot of noise 2. The power point in the washroom did not work 3. The staff seemed disinterested in answering queries or helping out 4. The overall level of hygiene especially in the washroom was questionable 5. They folded my used towels and left them on the rack as though new which makes me wonder if I even got a fresh towel when I checked in 6. Subpar breakfast 7. The hair dryer bag was dusty and dirty. Looks like it's not been cleaned for a long time

I like all the facilities and breakfasts were excellent. The only thing I would mention was the duration of my stay there the corridors at the end of my room has a very strong smell of cannabis which was not nice! But overall is good!

The strong smell of cannabis from other guests of the hotel which is not the hotel’s fault. I supposed I could of mentioned about it at the reception but I didn’t bother I just put up with it for 3 days of my start over there as I’m out all day anyway but it was always during the evening that has occurred!

Breakfast was great with lots of options! Staff were absolutely amazing.

Beds were very hard, and the pool was not heated so we could not use it. We strictly booked this hotel for the pool for our child so that was a huge letdown.
