Excellent family vacation

The location is great, the private beach is amazing, the barbecue zone is pleasant, the owner is very friendly and kindly.

It would be good if the kitchen was better equipped, it's good to have an espresso coffee machine, a grater, a microwave oven. For a large company it is advisable to have a dishwasher, otherwise it is difficult to wash dishes for 8 people. For a long stay a washing machine is also needed.

Excellent property. The owner was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the vilas.

The property was close to the beach that was the most important for us. They provided sun beds and shade, the beach was clean and very good location.

The wifi was very slow and I could do some work.

Nice villa near the sea with a private beach!

The villa is very close to the beach, where awnings and sunbeds are provided. Each villa has a green lawn with a barbecue. The kitchen is furnished and has all kinds of dishes and utensils, an oven and a large refrigerator. For each villa there is a separate 4G-WiFi router. In the nearby town of Ieressos (5-6 km.) every Tuesday morning there is a farmer's market where you can buy delicious vegetables, olives, cheese and fish.

Mobile coverage in the house is not very good and the router has to be moved to the terrace to use the internet. The villa is reached by a stony road about 2 km. If it rains, access becomes very difficult.

Great stay at a quiet bay

The whole area is just lovely! We were three families with kids and we wanted a quiet beach where the kids can play without we worrying we may lose them andn it was exactly how we wanted it... It was just us at the beach - peaceful and quiet and great for little kids, only 5-7 minutes walking distance. It is a small bay and suitable for paddle boarding. The houses had garden areas and verandas where we spent all evenings together. The kitchens were decently equipped if you need to cook. There were two bedrooms on each floor so each family could have their own rooms and bathrooms undisturbed and just shared the kitchen/diner. The beds were comfortable. We were provided with a cotbed and a high chair which was super helpful for my baby. The host was very responsive and we had no issues checking in. We are happy to go back there next year!

There were two roads to reach the villas (they are located in a somewhat remote area). One of the roads was an off-road and wasn't very safe but a lot shorter to reach Ierissos. The other road was a lot longer but was perfectly fine. The beach (in the water) was pebbly so be prepared to bring some water sandals; the beach itself was sandy. Also, the stairs in the houses were very steep and there wasn't a stair gate. It wasn't a problem for us yet but I can see this being a problem for a family with a toddler or a crawling baby.

property Was very clean and comfortable. Upper floor had air conditioning and lower level was a soothing shelter from the sun. Perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of other hotels. The private beach was a huge surprise. the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was even a briquette for the first barbecue in case someone forgot about it! WOW!

relaxing vacations

Quiet and relaxing place if you like to escape from the city life. The villas is quite spacious with four big rooms and two bathrooms. We have not experienced any problems with the house and the staff was there to welcome us.

I recommend the villas for excellent vacations

We had a delightful stay at the villas, everything was perfect the accommodation and exceed our expectations. There was a beautiful garden in the front of the villas with both sea and mountain view. The beach is 100m from the house and owners offer you a big kiosk with sunbeds, you can access it by foot. The villa is pretty spacious and it has everything you will need for your stay. They also offer you coal for the barbeque and toys for your children. The owners were 24/7 at our disposal and they always helped us when we needed them. The wifi is excellent! The area is unique and peaceful and there're plenty places to visit. Definitely recommend this villa to other guests. See you next year!!!

Location on nature, wild long beach at 200m and parking place at location.

- The road to access the location - road bad for good cars 2km of dust and wild road! The alternative road is shorter but bad! - The closed wild long beach is mixed, stones/sand - not indicated for children's!

Excellent vacation

Villas are new and full equiped with everything the guest needs and are build in the middle of nature and combine both sea and mountain experience. The area itself is very unique because it is very close to Mount Athos where you can visit it easily. Also, there are other unique places to visit like Ouranoupolis and Ierissos which can make your trip really special.

Exceptional

Ideal location if you want to relax with beautiful nature and villa is very close to the sea. We had a big kiosk with sunbeds and we spent many hours on the beach. The house is comfortable and spacious with a big bbq. We also had free wifi with a decent speed which is good if you want to communicate with your friends. I reccomend this villa for vacations!

O locatie linistita si armonioasa in mijlocul naturii.

Cel mai mult mi-a placut locatia, natura, plaja, amplasarea, linistea din jur. Este un loc retras, departe de agitatie, taverne, magazine, dar cu masina in 10 min. ajungi si la civilizatie. Pentru cei care prefera linistea si conectarea cu natura, este un loc perfect.

Drumul ca sa ajungi la locatie e un pic mai anevoios,nu este asfalt, e praf, drum de tara, dar in general e cu atentie ajungi si cu o masina mica. Ar fi bine daca proprietatea ar include in utilitati si o masina de spalat haine, ar fi foarte binevenit,mai ales cind ai o vacanta mai lunga cu familia.

Doğa ve denizin kesiştiği noktada huzuru yaşamak muhteşemdi.

Çok ince düşünülmüş detaylar bizi çok mutlu etti. Dolabımızda içme suyu, mangal kömürü ve beyaz - kırmızı şarap şişeleri bizim için ince detaylardı. Temizlik her türlü harikaydı. Havlu ve çarşafların beyazlığı çok iyi. Çamaşır mandalı , kutu oyunları ve bizi cezbeden fırın olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Önceden belirtmediğimiz halde bebek yatağı ve örtüsü hiç sorun edilmedi. Villa çok kullanışlı biz çok rahat ettik. Bir hafta daha tatilimiz olmadığına üzüldük. Villaya özel plaj ve şezlong-şemsiye olması harikaydı.İnsana özel hissettiriyor. Deniz çok temiz her saat mükemmeldi.Şehrin gürültüsünden kurtulmak isteyen , sakin ve rahat rahat deniz ve kumun tadını çıkarmak isteyenlere tavsiyemdir. Çok teşekkürler , yolumuzun tekrar burayla kesişmesi dileğiyle 🙋‍♀️

Beğenmemek demiyelim de 3-4 dakikalık ulaşım yolu asfalt olsa daha iyi olabilir ama düz toprak yol arabayla rahat gidiyorsunuz zor değil.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, servirebbe solo aggiungere la lavatrice a disposizione degli ospiti perché sicuramente tutti vengono per più giorni.
