The property's location is away from the crowds and retail establishments. But it's merely a les than five-minute stroll to the exquisite sandy beach and pristine waters. The dwelling itself provides comfortable lodging, featuring an appealing barbecue space and expansive front, rear, and top balconies that directly overlook the ocean. The presence of two bathrooms and two refrigerators offers exceptional convenience.

The house is a semi-detached unit, thus not entirely private space. Nevertheless, this poses no significant problems. Its proximity to the main road means that opening windows in the evening on one side is not feasible due to traffic noise. Also mosquito nets are not good and letting them in the room. House furnishing is 50/50 but still in good shape. The Wi-Fi connection offers subpar speeds, and the television, though smart, is merely a demonstration model, perhaps 21 inches. No local shops or restaurants.

Curtea foarte frumoasa si bine intretinuta!

Locatia nu este in Agios Nikolaos, asa cum scrie, ci in Salonikiou, unde nu este nici un fel de market, nu ai de unde sa iei o apa! In foisorul din curte este plin de soareci! Muste foarte multe, probabil vin de la gradina din spate neingrijita, unde or fi cadavre de animale. Cand am intrebat de curatenie, desi sejurul a fost de 9 nopti, ni s a raspuns ca nu ofera acest serviciu! Asadar 10 zile fara a face curatenie in camere! In schimb, ne-au oferit lenjerii si prosoape curate si le-am schimbat noi. Insa, a trebuit sa facem noi curantenie, Nu este o problema, ci doar voiam sa stim de la bun inceput si nu am mai fi ales acea locatie dat fiind pretul, care nu a fost mic! Plita electrica din foisor abia mergea, nu reuseai sa faci decat cafea. Mobilier vechi care mirosea intocmai, camerele de jos mici, iar intr-unul din dormitoare si in living nu era AC. Plasele de tantari rupte.

Locație excelentă, ne-am simțit foarte bine !

Nu ne-a plăcut că s-a terminat sejurul și a trebuit să plecăm. 😀

Das Haus ist ideal für gesellige Stunden mit der Familie, liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und bietet Ruhe in der Nacht.Das Wichtigste ist das Meer, sauber und durchsichtig, weshalb wir für den Urlaub hierher gekommen sind. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr nett und offen, ebenso wie alle Griechen, die wir dort getroffen haben, also ist das ein großes Plus.

Das Haus ist nicht für 8 Personen ausgelegt, da das Wohnzimmer genau in der Mitte liegt und wer dort schläft, alles hört. Auf den Fotos sieht es aus, als wäre das Haus ein Ganzes, aber in Wirklichkeit ist das Haus in zwei Teile geteilt. Wir hatten also 3 verschiedene Nachbarn.
