Athos Blue Nikiti 2

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Athos Blue in Nikiti! We were 4 adults and a 5-year-old child, and the apartment was perfect for our family. The apartment is spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with two separate bedrooms that provided plenty of privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was cozy, and the huge balcony was our favorite place to relax in the mornings and evenings. We also had our own designated parking space which made much more convenient, especially during the busy summer season. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and the playground was a fantastic bonus for our son, who had a great time every day. The location is excellent—only about 100 meters from the beautiful Nikiti Beach and around 1 km from the town center, making it easy to enjoy both the beach and the restaurants, cafés, and shops. The host Pavlos was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend Athos Blue to families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Nikiti. We would definitely love to come back!

- Everything in the apartment is new and well kept, beds, sofa, kitchen, appliances, everything. - The apartment comes with one bathroom upstairs and one toilet downstairs. - There’s a nice garden, pool, and a playground for kids. - The apartment is a bit away from the city center, which actually makes the nearby beach really quiet with super clean water. It’s also very close, just a 2 min walk. - The owner is very friendly and hospitable. - You’ve got everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and other appliances that make things easy. - Wi-Fi worked great the whole time.

- This can be both a plus and a minus depending on what you’re after, since it’s a bit outside the center, you might need a car for city beaches or going out at night. For us, though, we liked the peace and quiet and it really felt like we had our own private beach.

Lokacija i prostranost.

Located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, away from the noise and traffic, everything you need for a good night’s sleep. The closest beach is just a minute away by foot but since it’s completely unorganized (no bars, toilet, shower) it’s good for short stays (at least in our case as we have a small child) or for people that carry their own beach setup. We appreciate the pool and the playground because we wanted to have options for our toddler to play around when we are not on the beach. Very convenient that the appartment has a washing machine. Pavlos is the most responsive host we ever had, every question was answered within minutes. Also the cleaning lady Lily seems very kind, even though she doesn’t speak much English, we managed to communicate when needed. Designated parking space.

For the given price, there are a few improvement points: the shower cabin was full of limescale the beach umbrellas covered in dust and one of them is faulty the sand pit on the playground is unusable because it’s full of weeds the kitchen should be better equipped - no non-stick pan, instead we were given a stainless steel pan with a deformed bottom so that everything we tried to cook was burning. Also, the cooking utensils are from plastic that is not heat-resistant. I touched the hot pan with a spatula and it started melting. For this price per night, it’s worth investing in better and SAFE cooking utensils.
