Decent for a short stay, not good enough for a longer holiday

Very beautiful view, close by car (5 minutes) to two very beautiful beaches, while the beach across the road (2 min walking distance) is not very nice compared to many others. Very good AC. Nice kids playground. Very welcoming hosts. Good price / night compared to other Sithonia hotels/airbnbs.

Very small bathroom. Outdated facilities across the board - kitchen, bathroom, living room. Thin walls between the houses which have common walls so you hear noise from neighbours. Despite the fantastic view on the balcony, you do not have much intimacy: you can feel the smoking if someone in an upside or near balcony smokes, you can hear almost everything your neighbours are talking in the balconies around. Steep climb to the houses uphill. For a short stay it's ok, but if you want to spend a whole 7-10 nights family holiday there I think it's not good enough, more of a young couple/students facility.

Relaxing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yellow Houses in Greece, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is fantastic – nestled in a peaceful area, it offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The tranquility of the surroundings made it the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly added a personal touch to the experience, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed. From a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable living spaces, it had all the amenities to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. The attention to detail in the apartment's setup was impressive. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach. Just a short walk away, we could easily spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful coastline. It was wonderful to have such easy access to the beach, adding to the overall appeal of the location. One of the best places we've stayed – peaceful, heartfelt, and thoughtfully equipped.

A dream stay, peaceful, family-run gem with everything you need Truly a place with soul. The family-owned complex is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and they treat every guest like one of their own. The location is serene and perfect for families, surrounded by nature yet close to charming towns with excellent, family-friendly restaurants. The private beach is a highlight - quiet and well-equipped with free sunbeds, kayaks, beach toys, and even umbrellas you can take when exploring other stunning nearby beaches. There's also a lovely indoor playroom with toys for even the youngest kids. One of the best places we've stayed – peaceful, heartfelt, and thoughtfully equipped. Can't wait to come back!

Very positive stay at yellow houses with the best hosts.

Amazing hosts, they were really nice and helpful with everything. Nothing was a problem and they made us really feel like at home. The facilities were simple but very nice and cozy. Amazing view on the sea from the balcony. The nearest beach was just across the street and down the hill so really close, but there were many beaches nearby. Its was 5 minutes by car to closest shops/supermarkets so you couldn't really walk and had to go everywhere by car, it wasn't really a big problem for us but good to know. Hosts had a lot of beach equipment such as surfing boards, kayaks, sun umbrellas and much more for guests to borrow at any time and for how long we liked. This was much appreciated. On the beach there was sunbeds with umbrellas for the guests of yellow houses. We had a very positive stay and would really recommend the yellow houses to everyone.

Very good

Great location, two minutes from beautiful private beach with all equipment you need. Very nice yard, orange trees in front of each appartment, nice decoration inside, big balcon with sea view. Kids loved playroom.

Bathroom - shower cabine very small, water pressure very poor, almost impossible to adjust water temperature, have a shower or shower a kid.

Good, but not excellent.

Good location for quiet vacation. The apartments are clean with small kitchen equipped with all necessary tools. Two small, but nice beaches very close to apartments.

Тhe mattresses on the beds are very uncomfortable(its with very firm springs). The bathroom is pretty small. The instantaneous water heater doesn't work in proper way - when it works the water is extremely hot, but if you make it like 1/2 hot and cold water it stop working fully and water become cold in several seconds. When the heater turns on the lights in bathroom blink for a second like electric shock. So yes the water heater need your attention. A lot of mosquito. Nothing close as a store/restaurant you should use a car to go the village. The reception do not works in written hours, just if you are enough lucky you find the owners around the facility to ask them what you need.

Best apartments in Halkidiki

Everything was perfect! We had a great time there! The owners Anastasia and Giannis are very nice persons and their personality contribute to whole “picture” of this fabulous apartments. Sea view from balcony, lot of olive trees, rosemary, flowers in garden, 1 minute walk to the beach where most of the time we were alone feeling like it our private beach. Every morning we were watching sunrise from our balcony! Mountain Athos is across apartmans and that lovely beach! We will come again!

Absolutely gorgeous

Absolutely lovely place to spend vacation. A minute of walking from house there is beautiful small beach, next to that one there is a bit bigger one with taverns. 2 minute drive to Pyrgadikia where you can find supermarket, bakery, restaurants... Accommodation is equipped with everything you need if you want to make a meal. It's super clean and has gorgeous sea view. In the morning when you wake up only thing you hear is a birds and waves. Owners are really friendly and informative and always there if you need some help. Definitely one of the best places I have visited. I do highly recommend if you want to get proper vacation without crowd and noise.

Superb

The property accommodated us much earlier than their declared time which was great and saved us a lot of troubles. There are a bunch of beaches close to the property, too. The hosts attitude was really great too.

The mattress is too firm. Nobody told us that during our four days vacation the apartment is never cleaned, or the trash bins will not be emptied, or the shower is very poor quality without shampoo. The kitchen does not have any basic needs like salt, vinegar or oil. You have to buy all these . Usually apartments like this have a welcoming drinking water.

Sjajan smeštaj koji bih toplo preporučila svima koji tragaju za mirom i tišinom.

Boravak je bio zaista divan! Ambijent je izuzetno prijatan – mir, tišina i prelep pogled na more. Gosti imaju na raspolaganju ležaljke i suncobrane na plaži, kao i kanue. U sklopu objekta nalazi se igraonica sa stonim tenisom, bogat izbor igračaka za decu i društvenih igara. Takođe, dostupni su dodatni suncobrani, stolice, vesla, peraja, maske, prsluci za zaštitu – sve što vam može zatrebati, i sve je uključeno u cenu. Dvorište je opremljeno roštiljem i brojnim mestima za sedenje, idealno za opuštanje. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i govore engleski jezik. Plaža ispred samog objekta je manja i veoma mirna – često smo bili potpuno sami. Na svega pet minuta vožnje nalazi se preleeeepa, velika plaža do koje se dolazi uskom stazicom (nema pristupa kolima i mislim da se ne vidi se sa puta), a otkrili smo je sasvim slučajno, šetajući. Nedaleko odatle je i poznata Salonikiou plaža, ali nismo stigli da je posetimo. Na oko 15 min voznje je i pristaniste sa kog se mogu praviti izleti brodom. Sve u svemu – sjajno iskustvo koje bismo rado ponovili!

Jedina mana ovog smeštaja je njegova udaljenost od većih gradova – najbliži je na oko 20 km, pa je za veću kupovinu bilo neophodno ići kolima. U obližnjem selu, udaljenom oko 2 km, postoji samo jedan manji market sa osnovnim stvarima. U blizini nije bilo klasične pekare, ali je svako jutro dolazila pokretna pekara (kombi), Nama lično nije smetalo to što nema prodavnica u neposrednoj blizini – kupovinu smo organizovali tako da traje nekoliko dana unapred. Međutim, jedina zamerka na sam objekat bila bi nedostatak rerne ili mikrotalasne u kuhinji. Budući da nema mnogo restorana ni prodavnica u okolini, bilo bi praktično imati mogućnost pripreme polugotovih jela koja se lako zapeku. Na raspolaganju je bio samo klasičan šporet bez rerne.

Entspannter Urlaub in wunderschöner Lage

Die Lage ist wunderschön und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unsere Wohnung war über Stufen zu erreichen. Einfach, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Weg zu den Apartments ist sehr steil. Die Betten waren für uns super bequem und die Klimaanlage hat ebenfalls für erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder kommen.
