We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—right across from a beautiful, clean beach and a relaxed beach bar. The music from the bar added to the laid-back atmosphere and always wrapped up early (around 9–10 PM), so it never disturbed our evenings.
Inside, the property was spacious and comfortable, with sleeping arrangements that suited our group perfectly. The outdoor area was a great bonus, with a dining table and lounge space that made it easy to catch up with family.
The property felt very secure, and the onsite parking was a major plus—super convenient for coming and going. The kitchen had all the basic essentials we needed, making our stay even easier.
It’s worth noting that having a car is definitely recommended. Pyrgadikia village is too far to walk, but it's just a 5-minute drive away and well worth visiting—great dining options and a small supermarket for essentials.
Overall, a very comfortable, safe, and well-located place to stay. Highly recommended!

Locația fiind chiar lângă plajă și vis a vis de barul coco ammos ne-au făcut vacanță să merite
Nu ne-a plăcut faptul ca nu ni s-a dat o cheie, singurul mod de acces fiind un cod. Codul nu prea mergea așa ca am cerut o cheie însă nu ne-au dat pentru ca ei spuneau ca sigur merge iar următoarea zi am rămas blocați pe afară cu telefoanele înăuntru. Am avut noroc ca ne-au ajutat vecinii sa ii contactam și doar atunci ne-au dat o cheie. Am schimbat codul si tot rămâneam blocați dar măcar de data asta aveam și cheie de acces.
Apa era rece și ni s-a spus ca trebuie sa așteptăm 10-15 min sa vina calda, dar chiar așteptam nu venea cu adevărat caldă, era călduță cel mult. Oricum era un inconvenient având în vedere ca am venit cu un copil de 1 a care dupa plaja nu avea răbdare sa stea 15 min in baie sǎ se încălzească apa.
Nu vine nimeni sa schimbe așternuturi, prosoape, sa ducă gunoiul. Dar ce nu ne-a plăcut este faptul ca nici când am ajuns nu era chiar curat, erau pânze de păianjen, murdar pe jos, canapeaua plina de pete care se luau cu un șervețel umed.
Cadă dusului se umplea cu apă și nisip așa ca i-am anunțat din prima zi sa vină să desfunde sau sa facă ceva pentru ca era oribil. Au zis ca o sa trimită pe cineva insa in 7 nopți cat am stat nu au trimis pe nimeni.
În final atitudinea proprietarului, l-am întâlnit abia următoarea zi dupa ce am rămas blocați, pentru a ne schimba codul de acces, la cererea noastră pentru ca lui nu i se parea anormal ca vecinii noștri să ne știe codul de acces la camera. Atitudinea a fost delăsătoare și superioară, de parcă e normal să stai cu apa rece și să nu primești cheie când ceri și nici să nu vină cineva să rezolve problema din baie. Noroc de locație și de plajă pentru ca altfel aș fi rămas cu un gust amar după această vacanță. Raportul calitate preț este nesatisfăcător.

The villas are located 10 m away from the beach and the energy of that place is relaxing and perfect to charge yourself

Naiades Villas is a complex of five single-storey houses (two of them are build separately and the other three are row houses with a fencing between them). The accommodation is a new-build, everything from furniture to dishes clean and new. Modern minimalistic and elegant interior and exterior. We had everething we need! The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items (except a microwave). The stuff was very friendly and the owner responded very quickly whenever I contacted her. Pets are allowed, which was also important for us. Very nice beach (especially on the left side of the beach bar) just next to the villa. Highly recommend it!
Sometimes the music from the beach bar was loud, but you can close all the windows and doors and you almost don't hear it. It closes anyway at about 21:00 so there is nothing to bother you having a nice sleep. Nearest grocery shop at about 2km in Pyrgadikia.
