A peaceful and relaxing stay

Fantastic option for families/ couples/ group of people as there are 2 big apartments next to each other. There is a pool and a garden for kids or pets to play without fear that they will escape. There is a barbeque as well. Very clean, very comfortable! There are 3 double bedrooms so for us (couple with a new born and a pet) were more than enough. The owners live in the top floor but they were very discreet.

We missed some kitchen utensiles such as a bigger pot with lid, a salad bowl, coffee pot etc but as it was the first year, for sure the owners will add them the following years. Also, you need a car for the beach. All in all, we will come back for sure. :)

Perfect staying

The host was very communicative, a very good host! The house was clean and quiet, but a little music didn't bother anyone! Overall a very good house and close to every good beach in the area.

The apartment wasn’t equipped for six people

The pool and the parking were ok.

We were 6 people with 2 small dogs. The apartment wasn’t equipped for six people (very, very small kitchen with not enough plates and cutlery like bow, pot and etc were missing). There wasn’t even enough toilet paper for our 1 week stay.. The owner entered the apartment two times while we were gone without any notice, which is NOT APPROPRIATE.  The first time was because the AC was working while we were at the beach, apparently you can’t leave the AC on when you are not at the house (its with а card). It was around 40 degrees outside so we left the card so the AC can work while we are at the beach, but they stopped it, then texted us that it shouldn’t work all day.. mind that the AC needs a couple of hours to cool down the apartment. We don’t know what was the reason to enter the apartment second time WITHOUT ANY NOTICE again. The owner mentioned angrily that the kitchen “was a mess”..how could it not be with 6 people and such a small space?  They knew that we were with two dogs and they didn't know the dogs weren't in the apartment when they came in, if they were there and had ran out? Thank God they were with us both times when they entered the apartment.  The dinning area outside was barely enough for 4 people so we were using the table from the living room so we could all eat together. The last day when we came back from the beach we realised that the small table from the living room is missing, we went to let her know and ask if she knows. She replied that she took it from us and HID IT because in her opinion we were using it for barbecue (which is absurd!), we reminded her that we are 6 people and we need A SPACE FOR ALL OF US TO EAT and she returned the table.  There were 3 rooms, one very small (even the door couldn’t close because of the bed) and the other two were more spacious. They didn’t change the sheets and towels for our 7 day stay.

Personalul neprietenos, apa calda doar daca dorea Dumnezeu, capac wc rupt, instalația sanitara defecta, un grup sanitar la 3 camere, mizerie in camere, mobilier învechit și rupt, canapele murdare, scaune terasa rupte nu se puteau folosi.

Un appartement calme, avec une agréable piscine.

L'appartement est situé sur une colline avec vue sur la campagne environnante, le port de Ierissos et la mer au loin. C'est très calme. La piscine était super, surtout que nous étions pratiquement les seuls à en profiter. Nous avons bien profité tout le temps de la terrasse à l'ombre.

Ce serait bien de changer les serviettes tous les 3 jours. Nous avons du garder les nôtres pendant une semaine... Deux des trois chambres sont un peu petites. Les fenêtres des chambres sont situées en hauteur, sans aucune vue depuis les chambres. Nous n'avions pas été informés qu'il y avait encore deux autres appartements. Heureusement nous étions seuls pendant 5 jours.
