Great place for vacation

Perfect!

If it was possible, I'd have given it a ∞/10 (infinite out of ten) The house was amazing. From it's design to the tiniest detail, you can't find anything bad about it. It had minor details that made major impacts. Details you didn't know you needed. From the range of the lights to the features of the mirrors, you can understand that everything was put thought into it. The pool was always at the right, comforting temperature. It's impossible to get out of it after some time. Not only that but there are also pool toys ready to use in the house so you don't need to bring your own ones. The location of the house is amazing, it is in the center of everything. 1-2 minutes away from the sea, 3+ gyroses around and a buffet pretty close (not even mentioning the restaurants and cafes pretty close). No walk takes longer than 5 minutes. Apart from all this, owners of the house are really kind. They rush to your every need, prepare hearth warming gifts and make this an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend staying here if you like comfort, luxury and hearth warming hospitality!

It's crazy how quickly Maison Elea became our dream home because of Marika and Jannis

After many, many hours and days searching and filtering, I finally came across Maison Elea in Ierissos. Being our first family holiday, now all as adults, in over 10 years. It had to be perfect and was in so many more ways than we imagined. Marika and Jannis have created something truly beautiful and unique - not just Maison Elea itself - but the experience as a whole. From the moment I booked, they were very quick to respond to my queries, providing detailed and thoughtful responses, ensuring our requirements were truly met. During our stay, they were constantly on call to provide recommendations and help with bookings of boat trips, beaches, restaurants, bakeries - everything we needed. The apartment was luxurious - very clean with high quality furnishings and appliances, and extremely comfy beds. The attention to detail was clear in the cleanliness of the apartment and shared spaces, with the pool and outside kitchen area being constantly cleaned, flowers trimmed daily, an additional deep clean of our apartment part way through our stay, and the gifts provided on arrival. Ierissos and nearby areas were magical - with pristine beaches and waters as clear as a swimming pool. Two recommended excursions that truly stood out were a boat hire to the nearby island Ammouliani, where we explored its many magical beaches and saw dolphins, and a wine tasting that Marika and Jannis joined us for - not only did we learn a lot about wine production, we laughed so much together with our two new friends. Marika and Jannis - we wish you every success and happiness - thank you for making our trip so special. We miss you already and can't wait to see you again. P.S. The nearby bakeries are a must try - the bougatsa, spanakopita, olive bread, doughnuts - take me back already!

Wonderful quality stay with family

Excellent stay with my family including an 8 and 1yo. Marika and Giannis were excellent hosts, very responsive and kind. The property was like the photos and very clean. They had thought of many small details in the design of the property and landscape and also for guests that was appreciated. Parking available behind the house. Washer/dryer in the unit was great. Pool (unheated) was open during our stay in late April; our kids and others were swimming, though it was a bit too cold for me for a longer swim. They have floaties, toys and games which was a big hit. Short walk to the beach and some restaurants. Many places were not yet open for the season though in some ways was nice to have a calmer stay. They offer some good recommendations for things to do, visit and places to eat - note, some are only available in summer season. Roads to visit other areas are quite windy, noting in case your kids also get motion sickness easily but generally could get to various areas within about 20-45 min; beautiful area! My fault that I accidentally booked a split level / loft style. Our 1 yo learned quickly he could not go upstairs -- though heads up to other parents of young children when booking.

The blinds don't block out the light so between the sunrise and our 1 yo, we were up around 6am everyday :)

Every single detail of our stay was perfection, from our warm welcome to traditional Greek goodbye. This is a beautifully converted townhouse, with lovely pool area. Marika and Giannis have put so much love and care into these apartments. They are finished to the highest standards with exquisite style and luxurious furnishings. Beautiful treats and thoughtful extras. Host took time to share restaurant and nearby attractions. Very kind and thoughtful.

The most luxurious place to stay in Ierissos. This villa is a jewel - one of the best that we have stayed at so far. The property feels quiet and relaxed because these are individual apartments, not a bustling hotel. A huge thanks to the owners - Marika & Jannis!!! They are so friendly, polite and attending people. We felt extremely welcome. We arrived late at the night, but they were waiting for us with a chocolate, fruits, water. There were in the apartment a selection of local olive oil, wine, jams and nespresso coffee on arrival which we highly appreciated. Marika was excellent at kepping in contact via Viber and responding us any our needs in any time, gave us as well a perfect advices for the best beaches and restaurants in the area. The apartment was extremely clean, tidy and comfоrtable. A beautiful finishes and really perfect designed and upmarket with a big love and attention to every small detail, makes you feel as at home. Well equipped with brand new and modern furneatures, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer. Huge comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. The apartment has a central air conditioning and each room is controlled by its own thermostat which gives you a maximum comfort. The pool is so clean, with enough size and area around it. It was never overcrowded. A private car parking with security code access. The location is perfect - on the main street, very close to the local beach, and at the same time it is very quiet and peaceful. We had a great vacation. We are absolutely sure we would stay again at MAISON-ELEA! Еxtremly recommend you to visit it!

An immaculately presented apartment in a beautiful resort made with care and attention to detail

We was impressed by the hospitality and kindness of the host (a generous welcome basket containing a range of locally sourced produce was waiting for us in the apartment upon arrival - the host's home-made plum jam was delicious!), and the impeccable organisation of everything that was provided. Our apartment was immaculately presented, spacious and fully equipped with everything one could ever need while on holiday (there was even a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules ready for use, and a coffee pot, in case one preferred a traditional Greek coffee!), each room had its own aircon unit, the beds and bedding were super comfortable, the furniture units were of a sturdy, robust quality, and, more generally, the interior aesthetic and design of the apartment showed care and attention to detail. The host had thought about everything for us before us: We were welcomed and fully briefed upon arrival and were provided with the combination code for private parking space and were showed where to park, PIN for safe box, useful tips on local sightseeing and restaurant recommendations to match our dietary preferences. During our stay we were also able to contact the host on her mobile for additional questions and she replied immediately. All in all, the host made absolutely everything to make us feel at home, we indeed have lovely memories from our stay. We would, thus, strongly recommend MAISON-ELEA for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ierissos!

Ein "Urlaub bei Freunden"

Marika und Jannis sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wir kannten sie vorher nicht, wir haben uns aber von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist noch recht neu mit hochwertiger Einrichtung, die Bilder sind passend. In der Nebensaison ist es sehr angenehm in Ierissos, weil im Ort weiterhin viel geöffnet ist, da auch viele Einheimische dort leben. Wir waren im Oktober dort und hatten das Glück mit den anderen Gästen und unseren Gastgebern zusammen zur Olivenpresse fahren zu können. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Ausflug! Auch ansonsten haben Marika und Jannis uns mit guten Gesprächen und vielen Tipps den Urlaub verschönert. Übrigens stellte sich schnell raus, dass die beiden etliche Jahre in Deutschland gelebt haben und daher sehr gut deutsch sprechen. Das war für uns natürlich praktisch. Auch der Wochenmarkt am Dienstag war besonders, da noch viele regionale Verkäufer her kommen. Es gab von den beiden auch insgesamt viele Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die nicht unbedingt in einem Reiseführer zu finden sind. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit auf dem 3. Finger.

Alles war perfekt - von unserer Wohnung bis hin zu den Gastgebern. Unsere Wohnung lies keine Wünsche offen. Gleich beim Ankommen hat sich jeder wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft und Gastfreundschaft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Man hat sich rumum wohlgefühlt :-))

Unser Aufenthalt war ausnahmslos top. Das gesamte Haus und die Außenanlagen entsprachen genau den Bildern auf Booking – vielleicht sogar noch schöner. Absolut empfehlenswert! Es gibt wirklich nichts, was ich bemängeln könnte: sehr sauber, modern und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin Marika war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Sehr gerne jederzeit wieder

Liebe auf den 1. Blick!

Alles war perfekt. Die Küche, die tollen Möbel, die Betten mit auserlesener Bettwäsche, perfekte Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Schönes Lichtkonzept und viele hübsche Details - hier wurde an ALLES gedacht. Der Pool liegt in der wundervollen Gartenanlage umzingelt von Olivenbäumen und vielen anderen wunderschönen Pflanzen 🌱🌿 Marika und Jannis - 2 neue Lieblingsmenschen die mit Herz und Seele diese wundervolle Perle hegen und pflegen. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!

Es gibt hier wirklich nichts hinzuzufügen.

Meine Familie und ich haben 11 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Maison Elea verbracht. Die Unterkunft sowie die Gastgeber Marika und Yannis haben unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. -Alles war sauber -die Wohnung war in perfektem Zustand, -der Parkplatz gleich nebenan ist durch Schloss und Zaun gesichert -der Pool und die Aussenflächen wurden täglich gereinigt -es gab immer freie Liegen am Pool -die Olivenbäume und Sonnenschirme im Garten spendeten reichlich Schatten -in der Nachbarschaft gibt es genügend Restaurants sowie kleine Geschäfte -der Strand mit kleinen runden Kieselsteinen und glasklarem Wasser ist nur 100m von Maison Elea entfernt -Marika und Yannis haben sich herzlich um uns gekümmert, uns Ausflugstipps gegeben, und haben immer darauf geschaut, dass es uns an nichts fehlt (FABELHAFT - vielen Dank!)

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in einer perfekten Wohnung

Herzlichen Dank an Marika und Jannis. Sie sind so liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeber und haben mit Maison Elea ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Marika hat uns mit Whatsapp viele Ausflugstipps, Informationen über die Gegend sowie Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein Korb mit lokalen Produkten aus der Gegend und in der ganzen Wohnung waren kleine Blumensträuße oder Olivenzweige verteilt was uns sofort willkommen hieß. Das Apartment war sehr komfortabel, alles wurde mit kleinen Details wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Möbel waren sehr hochwertig, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine mit Trockner waren auch vorhanden und in der Küche mangelte es an nichts. Sogar eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine mit Milchschäumer machte es möglich dass wir jeden Morgen unseren Cappuccino auf unserer kleinen Terrasse trinken konnten. Im Schlafzimmer gab es ein großes, hochwertiges (180 x 220) superbequemes Bett von Coco-Mat mit flauschiger Bettwäsche. Das Apartment verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage und jeder Raum wird über einen eigenen Thermostat gesteuert. Der Pool 12 x 5 Meter befand sich im vorderen Bereich des Grundstückes, immer sehr sauber und verfügte drumherum über ausreichend Platz für mehrere Liegen um die Idylle zu genießen. Hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne überdachte Sitzplatz mit einem großen Holztisch, schön integriert zwischen den alten Olivenbäumen. Einfach ein Traum. Ein privater Parkplatz mit Sicherheitscode-Zugang befindet sich hinter dem Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt – mit wenigen Schritten ist man an der Strandpromenade oder genießt den Abend in einem schönen Fischrestaurant direkt am Strand. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Wir sind uns darüber einig, dass wir wiederkommen werden! Wir können Maison Elea wärmstens empfehlen!!!!!

Wij willen eigenlijk ELEA niet aanraden omdat het gewoon te goed is en we het liefst het geheim houden. Echt alles klopt aan deze schitterende accomodatie van het parkeren tot aan het zout water zwembad, tot de prachtige tuin en het geweldige appartement waar alles van hoogwaardige materialen is gemaakt. Met elk detail is rekening gehouden. Daarnaast zijn de gastheer en vrouw echt super, ze helpen met alles wat je maar vraagt en niks is te gek. Wij hadden met een baby van 1 jaar en schoonouders het beneden appartement voor 2 weken geboekt. Strand en restaurants op 50m lopen en toch in een oase van rust.
