At the turquoise Ierissos gulf, right on the beach and under the imposing shadow of Mount Athos, Kiparissi Villa is situated. Kiparissi Villa is a beautiful, fully organized and independent holiday villa 400sqm, built in an area of 4.2 acres,. It can accommodate up to ten people, offering unforgettable moments. Kiparissi Villa has 5 separate spacious bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and two doubles, 6 bathrooms and very spacious and comfortable common areas (living room and fully equipped kitchen). Kiparissi Villa, apart from the breathtaking views to the sea and to Mount Athos, because of its ideal location between Ierissos and Nea Roda, offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere and relaxing moments bu the sea, which one seeks during his vacation. However, for those who prefer the vibrant nightlife, Ierissos is just six minutes away by car and Nea Roda seven minutes.

Great location- very private with beautiful views. Nearby restaurants were just 5min drive.

Beautiful villa with stunning sea views, garden areas and private beach. Matched fully the description on the website. Owner Andreas met us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Our host/contact Elena was available all the time with advice. Also warmly recommend Dino water sports in Nea Roda, lots of opportunities for the kids and adults.
