I still enjoyed my stay regardless of the few negatives .

The presidential suite is unique , the bed was extremely comfy . The design of the room is asthetically pleasing . The view from the room was amazing . The best thing about this hotel is the staff , they are extremely helpful and very polite and accommodating . Close enough to wee supermarket's etc .

The stairs are extremely narrow and basically non existant on 1 side . The light fixtures were sooo dusty and had cobwebs on them above the bed . No phone to call reception . The towels didn't smell very fresh , bathroom smelled slighty damp .

Stylish, comfortable stay with children

We looked for a long time to find a hotel with good location, quality breakfast and family rooms and this was the perfect choice!

The staff reception could have been friendlier and for the price, I would have expected hot drinks served at breakfast rather than from a machine.

Nice staff, nice breakfast, let down by a questionable location.

Friendly staff and secure car parking. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast.

The cost of overnight car parking was Euro25 per night… the most expensive in Europe. The location is close to the city, but it’s located close to the Mosque. Walking into the city past groups of young males stood on the street corners was intimidating and not pleasant. We chose an alternative route in the end. Strangely, the coffee making equipment was in the wardrobe and was not found until our second day. There is also no bedside tables.

Charming boutique hotel

Super friendly staff and a tasteful boutique hotel, still preserving some of the covent's charm. They even upgraded my room to a large one and gave me a welcome drink voucher, which I enjoyed on the lovely terrace. Walking distance to the train station and even Utrecht city center. Everything above and beyond, from cleanliness to the facilities and staff/service.

Great hotel in quiet area

The main building is lovely! We had some cocktails on the courtyard which were delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was in a separate building which looked a little older but room was really nice.. stairs a bit steep getting up to second room on mezzanine. Location was about 30min walk from utrecht centre, 15 from train station.

Good hotel with central location

The central location of this hotel was great, and also the fact that it does offer parking even though we later figured that we could have parked on the street for free. The breakfast was decent and the courtyard was excellent to relax at any given time during the day.

The room was exactly what we paid for. We were given a different room than what we selected and we had to struggle to get the chosen room but only after waiting for an extra day. Even then the room was much smaller than we anticipated. Finally, the immediate locality is not something we anticipated.

Family overnight stay.

Quirky accommodation. Clean and modern.

You can't pay using a currensea account card. Reception staff seemed not to know why. We managed to use it in the restaurant without issue.

Stay in a renovated state of the art monastery

The courtyard in this former monastery and the building itself with the coloured glass was super cool. The renovation of this monastery into a hotel is breathtaking and really well executed. It is a very very nice hotel ! Quality food at breakfast. Good cocktails at the bar. Super clean hotel.

The double room was amazing but the single rooms are a bit too small and expensive - better take a double then. The replenishment at the breakfast could be a bit faster. The lounge/bar area was cold at night and the heating was not working at the bar. The furniture in the bathroom of the double room is a bit too minimalist

Marvellous! I loved it! Clean, smelling good, a welcome postal card with hand written message, clean, cozy, comfortable. Great breakfast! One of the best stay in my life! Highly recommended!

Lovely breakfast, nice hotel, NOT suitable for children

The breakfast . The kitchen staff we lovely.

The hotel is not suitable for children, the stairs are dangerously steep and slippery in the family rooms with no stair gates at the top, and my daughter fell into the breakfast bar (in the restaurant area) which was lined with metal so she needed she stitches on her forehead.

Disappointed

The position was great, close from the center.

The walls were dirty, with blood and mosquitos crashed. They gave me the wrong room first and later they gave me a room in the basement, so from the window I saw the shoes of people smoking. As there were some rainy days I asked for an umbrella and they gave me a broken one that I cannot used.

Very unique to have a hotel in an old monastery!

We loved being in an old monastery! We loved having a room where all 6 of us in our group could be together.

The stairs going up to the loft bedrooms felt really unsafe; they were incredibly steep. Having the bathroom and sink/shower in separate rooms was a little inconvenient. I know your theme is pink, but having hot pink in the chapel felt strange and unsettling, but I know it is no longer used as a chapel.

Extremely nice personnel and inner court is great. Very nice interior design. Fantastic breakfast.

The staff is amazing. I happened to give the receptionist many requests, but she handled them all with a big smile and solved them so well. Also in the bar, waiters were so friendly!

For the price I paid, I found the room rather small. I booked very late on a very busy Utrecht-day, so possibly I only had the last option.

Enjoyable stay at friendly hotel in residential area with excellent food and service.

Location 20 mins walk from centre of Utrecht however we enjoyed exploring local parks & cafes. Loved the new air conditioning unit installed in our apartment the first new day we were there. Loved the friendly staff, hotel courtyard and excellent food. Fantastic service for food and drink.

It was hot while we visited. The first night we had no air conditioning or fans in our apartment. However the hotel did warn us this was the case, installed air conditioning as promised and gave us a bottle of wine.

wonderful place to stay

We got one of the suites at the top, which was quite spacious with two rooms and 2 beds. the toilet was enclosed in a separate space than the bathroom that allowed us to share the room more efficiently amongst different people. The unit was clean, and even had small sink and living area. bike rentals were available just downstairs
