Excellent place to stay.

We had the optional breakfast one morning and it was excellent. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. It is about 15 minutes walk into the old town along the side of the canal. I would highly recommend this b & b.

Perfect quiet suite in a quiet area of Utrecht

Jos is a wonderful host! The suite is lovely, quiet, and comfortable. Use of the garden was a nice bonus. A small fridge and Nespresso maker, plates and cutlery, provides everything needed for a quick bite without having to eat out. Beds were comfortable and the shower was modern and wonderful. Super clean, a perfect stay.Would highly recommend!

Mandatory pit stop

The stay was remarkable due to amazing host and cosy flawlessly clean and fully equipped apartment. Delicious rich breakfast was the best kickstart for the rest of the day.

Great apartment in a beautiful city

The apartment was lovely and beautifully presented. So clean and welcoming. It was excellently equipped too with a bottle of wine on arrival. Jos was very helpful and friendly.

A perfect place with an amazing host

This was an amazing place to spend our time. Our host went an extra mile for us and made sure our stay would go as smooth as possible. Finding a free bottle of wine was also a nice touch. The place included all the necessary facilities ranging from A to Z and had a cozy garden to spend evenings in.

Unique!

This b&b is extraordinary. There’s love in every little detail. And a highlight is also the backyard, in where you can sit. The house is in a very lovely neighborhood, where you can stroll and watch the house boats at the canal or also go into some bars or restaurants (jasmijn &ik!) But the real highlight is Jos and his hospitality! We also booked the breakfast (which we recommended very much) and also used the garage. You can also use bikes, but we walked instead to Centre ( ~ 20 mins) We love to come back!

My next trip to Utrecht I will stay at this hotel again

loved everything about this hotel. first of all, the place feels like home.maybe the main reason of my love to Utrecht was hotel😅 owners were sooo nice to me. room, linens, towels were very clean, garden made it more precious. Wi-Fi, iron, hair-dryer worked great. also location is the best.it’s close to all attractions and canal next to it has its own relaxing vibe.

Peaceful place near the city center with a lovely host

Our host was very attentive and also gave us information for restaurants etc! He even offered us bikes for easier transport to the area and the city center, which is close by even by foot! The breakfast was also lovely with a nice variety, (one of us in a vegetarian and enjoyed it as well) and we enjoyed the beautiful, quiet garden outside the room. Generally, it was a very pleasant experience and we look forward to visiting again! Thank you for having us!

Very good relation price/service quality.

Amazing condition, very well decorated, lots of space and extra details as bikes, cofee and fridge. Jos as done a great job with the house and welcome us as family. Very quiet day and night. Not central but a easy 5 minutes walk to train station or city. Will return for sure.

Amazing spot that makes you feel like home

It is such a lovely place and an excellent value for the price. I only had a little time to spend in the room, but it would be a great place for a romantic vacation. The owner was exceptionally kind, I arrived early to just drop by bags, but my room was already done, my breakfast was brought to my room. I had a complimentary small bottle of wine, tea, coffee, and water in the room.

The two words I would describe for my stay would be relaxed and comfortable

I loved the location, the comfort and style of the room, and the wonderful hosts. It was close to grocery stores, and just a straight walk along a beautiful canal to the city center. Everything was perfect.

A trip down memory lane while staying in a great B&B.

Jos is a great host and he goes the extra mile to make the stay at his b&b special. Would come back to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the b&b to enjoy the views, or just read a newspaper. In one word: great!

Perfect stay for a city getaway in Utrecht. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, homey and lovely furnished by hosts. We really enjoyed the proximity to the city center, very easy to reach by bike. Also very good starting point to explore the surrounding area. The hosts were also very helpful! Everything was perfect. We would love to come back.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with garden access. Great hosts. 15-20 minute walk along the river into town centre & the accommodation also has bikes for use- great way to explore as the area is very cycle friendly.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Das B&B ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit vom Bahnhof und dem Zentrum entfernt. Ich habe dort zwei schöne Tage verbracht. Das Zimmer hat einen Gartenzugang. Zudem gibt es ein weiteres Zimmer mit Esstisch, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Das war super. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat ein sehr schönes Frühstück zubereitet. Ich kann das B&BB nur empfehlen.

Ein tolles Wochenende in einem schönen B&B

Hiermit bedanken für uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei unserem Gastgeber Jos! Unserer Zug war defekt und wir sind mit 3 Stunden Verspätung in Utrecht gegen 22.00 Uhr angekommen - Jos war so nett und hat uns dann vom Bahnhof abgeholt - überhaupt ist er ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber - bei Ankunft gab es ein Gastgeschenk - wir hatten Wasser , Wein und etwas zu Knabbern in unserem Zimmer - auch Danke dafür! Die Unterkunft ist wie eine kleine Wohnung - mit einem kleinen Vorzimmer mit Tisch und Stühlen, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle - Geschirr , Kaffee , Tee - alles da. Das B&B ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar einen Garten ! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist prima - man läuft ca. 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof und weiter 5 Minuten in die Altstadt. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Mooie authentieke B&B in hartje Utrecht. Leuk voorkamertje met koelkastje en Nespresso. Goed bed en een nette badkamer. Leuk stadstuintje waar je lekker van een kopje koffie kunt genieten. Ontbijt is los bij te boeken en is zeker een aanrader. Locatie is top, alles is op loop of fiets afstand.
