Good but we were expecting better

Spacious room equiped with a small kitchen, private parking available right next to the hotel. Early check-in is possible.

The bathroom is small. Our shower door was leaking and the toilet wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The windows were dirty. Also there was a party at the restaurant down stairs that lasted past midnight, we were on the 4th floor and still heard music, not very enjoyable for a hotel stay.

Nice stay in Utrecht

We had a little issue in our room and was immediately moved to a much bigger suite type room the following morning with absolutely no fuss. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom and in particular the shower cubicle could be a bit bigger but it worked absolutely fine.

Never again.

We paid for parking. Car window were smashed in the parking lot last night. The hotel did nothing to help us, but informed us, that this was not the first incident in this parking lot. It should inform customers charging for parking, that their window may be broken. I will be stay never again in this hotel.

Cleaning only done on 4th day, for stay less than 7 days.

Good sized room, great view. Very handy to have supermarket an easy walk nearby. Very clean and comfortable.

As it’s a coffee themed accommodation and right across from Douwe Egbert HQ a more generous supply of coffee pods would be nice. The toilet is tucked tight into the bathroom corner. Not a problem for us but a larger person would struggle.

A friendly, practical hotel, great for longer stays.

A clean, spacious room, a well equipped kitchen, the views and very friendly, helpful staff! (especially Chelsea!) We also loved the possibility to rent biles and did it twice.

The bathroom is very small and you can't really open the windows so we missed fresh air.

7 Day stay visiting family.

The space was good, the bed was very comfy, and the shower was lovely and powerful. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Had a few issues, sink plug broke and couldn't get it out, they fixed it but then when cleaned they put it back in. Luckily, we found a video on how to fix it. Dishwasher didn't work, couldn't be fixed and had to cope with out it. The room wasn't that clean, lots of dust, put the suitcase on top of wadrobe and got coverd in dust. The tv is not full smart, only netflix and YouTube, it was a bit temperamental when turning on.

Functional

Comfy bed, spacious room, well equipped kitchen, sofa to sit in, a lot of light, location was very close to where I needed to be so good from that point of view, was often able to park or free in the street.

The window in my room did not close well, given the wind and the rain, not really very comfortable, on top of adding noise at night. The bathroom is really small, with particularly the toilet really squeezed into a corner. Only 2 coffee pods for a 5-day stay. The paid parking next to the hotel is really expensive, 22,5 Euro per day. No breakfast option which is annoying, given that there are no shops nearby. The wifi was very wobbly at times.

The place was very advanced in tech a little bit new to me to self checkin but was an amazing experience. Very comfy large space and beds. Even though no reception, the place was very secure only people with key access can enter.

Nice Room but...

The room is nice

The restaurant was one of the good things of this hotel. No advice during reservation that it was definitely closed. Also during reservation was specified "canal view", but I got a room without this plus. The sink is really small, too small, is almost impossible to wash your face without hitting the head in the shelf in front.

Good value for money in Holland

Very nice apartment in quiet area near the canal. Big and comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, big TV (no channels, only Netflix and YouTube) and fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very, very quiet and with the blackout blinds at the windows it was a perfect place to get proper sleep and rest. I had a small issue with self-check-in and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom (in particular shower) was quite small and some more toiletries would be useful.

Pleasant stay, good location, apartment is well equipped and suitable for long stay.

I believe that 125euro per night +25 euro for parking is a way overpriced for sleeping on a bedsheet with the holes. It was simple impossible to not notice them while house made was doing the bed. Pic attached.

Hotel is located in front of Coffee factory. There was intensive production smell. Hotel doesn't have it's own parking for clients. Parking is available but for additional cost.

it was very clean very good wifi location is about 30 minutes walk from the centre

at weekends it was quiet but the other days , there is something like a gym nearby that has loud music the window does not apply that well when i made electronic check-in, though i have paid online, they wrote that i have a debt that i must pay to get my room card which was...0,02 euros!!!
