Friendly, helpful and convenient

Convenient to walk from railway station and short walk from shops. Helpful friendly staff😁👍

Pleasant but somewhat underwhelmed .

Location was great.

Its not bad, just that it looks waaay better in picture on the website then the real deal. Swimming pool was not heated, and kinda look run down. For the price, the room is very basic, not what you expect from a 4 star- no bathrobe( have to rent), no basic toiletries, but u are given sewing kit and shoe Polish??!! Coffee in room was sachet like, no complementary water, no proper koffie machine which u find in most 4 star hotel. Breakfast was like a cafeteria style. Kinda let down. Not nitpicking, but u have a certain expectation when a hotel is rated 4 star. I chose this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool, but the pool was 'meh' and windows were dirty so you can't really enjoy the view. I will adjust your ecpectation if u choose to stay here or else try another 4 star hotel in the future. ;)

Overpriced for location.

The room was quiet and very clean. I had a twin room as I was travelling with a friend and the beds were tiny. The hotel is convenient for the shopping centre and the old town (10 min walk). It was exceptionally handy for the concert hall and this is where we were visiting.

As the hotel entrance is near the train station side entrance you can see evidence of behaviours associated with these places. The room was a lot smaller than advertised on the internet as was the wellness centre.

Overal a bit tired

Location was good for access to Utrecht, directly next to Utrecht Centraal station.

Chose for location and spa - spa access times were good but very tired equipment and no slippers or robes provided so spa area floor was soaking wet. Cold pool. Felt like little changes could have made this overall a much nicer experience.

Nice stay next to the train station

Nice hotel next to the train station, on the deck floor there is a little swimming pool, nice after a whole day of walking and sightseeing, rooms are nice and comfortable, free baby cot for the room

The cleaning could be better, the spa area with sauna doesn't seem in good shape, the pool is pretty cold but ok, in most of the hotels you get a coffee pad machine, this could be improved

Rude staff and noisy rooms

Central location right next to the central station.

Male staff was rude during check-in. There is no air-conditioning. Couldn’t sleep all night because it is very noisy due to the hotel behind right next to the train station.

It was super central and easy to find. Very clean, with friendly staff and good facilities.

The mattress was very uncomfortable - far too soft and the beds were very thin, we shared a twin room. The breakfast was overpriced and didn’t have very good hot breakfast.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and would book it again if we visited Utrecht.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble for them. A lady called Jane at reception was amazing - she helped us with train times and information about Utrecht.

Mugs for the tea and coffee would have been nice.

AMAZING

I'm a returning guest and I love it. The hotel right beside the Utrecht Central Station that's amazing and it's in the center in the same time. Nice area there is a big shopping centre opposite the hotel, restaurants, shops, canal are few steps away, you can find so many type of food around. There is everything you need. The staff really really nice, kind and helpful. The pool with nice view from the top and the spa facilities are amazing. The City XL room was great with fridge, with walk in shower and a big bath too. It was amazing.

We were in Utrecht for a sports tournament and the hotel was a perfect location for transport links and a lovely, clean,

Very convenient location right next to the train station. Very clean, modern bedrooms and bathrooms with a good view. Spa is on the smaller side but perfect for a mini relax and unwind every day and great that it’s open until 11pm.

Not much to fault, mattresses were a little firm for me but that’s just personal preference.

Staff is wonderful, the room is spacy and clean

Train station in front of the windows. You can certainly hear the sound. The architect should have taken it in consideration when designing the window packet, to insure the windows are upgraded.

Pleasant stay, conveniently located

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Hotel is less than 5 min from the train station. Beds were comfortable and nice to sleep in. The complimentary ear plugs were a nice touch.

Nice and comfortable stay

Very good location and a quick and simple entrance. A big mall and train station just around the corner and from walking distance of the city centre. The room which I booked (wellness room) was very well accommodated and had a nice design. The bath and sauna were very well to our expectations! Overall it was a very wonderful and pleasuring experience.

This hotel feels like a bit of luxury in a laidback atmosphere

The room was clean and smart, with a large comfy bed. The bathroom was lovely, with an excellent, walk in shower. The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the train station, and within short walking distance of the main tourist spots. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with a huge range of things to choose from. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is cool and contemporary. And an added bonus, is access to the swimming pool and sauna, on the top floor with views across the city.

It is perfect place to stay

I was really surprise about the hotel. It is located near the central part of Utrecht and central station. The personnel were very friendly and helped with each of our issues. The room was comfortable and clean, as the pool and wellness. I can say with confidence that the price matches the quality and comfort you get.

Great room with private spa

The room was amazing & just what we were looking for with the private spa area in it. Everything was well explained on how to get things working and why the tub makes sounds etc. the bed was big and comfortable and the room is bigger than some apartments I lived in.

The shared spa area on top was very chaotic and did not feel comfortable or relaxing. We left again after a few minutes and a quick look around and rather enjoyed the private sauna and whirl-tub in our room.
