Great sleep, just wish it was longer

Beds were very comfy. Great location!!! Myself and my fiancé stayed here and had a great time.

Poor communication between staff. Had asked for early check out as we had a very late night but had multiple staff knock the door before the “late check out time” of 2pm. Found this rather frustrating as i had organised this the night previous. It took someone walking into our room and a call from the manager to have it settled. I think we spoke to 4 members of staff by this point. Minimal breakfast options

Overall, 4/10 — not a great value for the price.

The hotel has a convenient location — in a shopping center near the train station. Finding it was not as difficult as many people say.

The room itself is quite small and very cold. We asked the reception several times to increase the room temperature, but it was still very cold in the end. The room has no window, and there are a lot of people during breakfast, so sometimes it’s hard to find a free seat.

I cannot fault it. Shirley was absolutely brilliant with giving us advice about the City and nothing was too much trouble for her. The breakfast was superb!

Utrecht stay

Great location near to the old part of utrecht and very close to utrecht central station. Very handy for a lot of things. I liked the fact staff texted me over the couple of days I stayed there to see if everything was OK 👍🏻 The bed was super comfy too.

Comfortable and convenient

Location was great, room was very comfortable and had just about everything I needed.

My airco didn’t work well. I couldn’t adjust it myself so I had to keep calling to the front desk to lower the temp. A fan would have been great. A small fridge would gave Vern handy.

Surprisingly quiet. Did not think I would like being inside a big mall, but it wa# great and quiet.

Amazing location, shops, train station and venue. Everything you need on the door step!

Pillows where a tad uncomfortable, but I know if I’d of asked the staff would have resolved it straight away.

Very handy location!

Second stay here. It's so very handy to the train station, and to many sights, shops etc. too. Odd hotel in a mall, so view was of the top of the carpark building I think, But, bar the view, the room was pleasant. Kettle and teabags was nice to have. Really quiet despite being very busy. There was a long queue to get to breakfast, but when we arrived, it was still well stocked. Lots of choices as well. Kudos to the staff who managed that.

A nice hotel in a good location and ideal facilities

Good selection of food and drink at breakfast. Good location for what we were doing . The building was quiet at night. The entrance felt safe at all times of day.

Check in , the member of staff was very communicative. We weren’t told about how to operate the internal lifts ( use of door key cards). The room could do with a small fridge for any cold drinks bought in and maybe some bottled water for tea/coffee or drinking.

Modern hotel tucked away in the shopping centre

Handy to the station but a bit tricky to find in level 2 of the shopping centre. Breakfast was good, interior design modern and comfortable.

Unfortunately the lift was not working so we had to use lifts in the hotel next door and walk though adjoining corridor. The room was a bit small so there was not much room to open suitcases.

Magnificent from all perspective.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful all week. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, the raspberry waffle is extraordinary. The hotel is in the centrum, it's easy to go anywhere in the city by foot or bicycle. I'll definitely choose Hampton again and recommend to my friends. We asked a room cleaning service during our stay and the room felt new when we went back, absolutely amazing service from all aspects.

Hotel was centrally located for many fine restaraunts as well as tours along the canals. Staff was especially helpful.

Entry is on the second floor of a mall. But it worked out well.

Location

Overpriced for what was offered. Example, no fridge in the room. No portering availability which would have been useful for guests like myself, who are claustrophobic and nervous about using the lifts/elevator, as it would allow us to use the stairs without worrying about our luggage. Also, the doors slam heavily. I’ve stayed in other hotels of similar price, where this did not occur.

Amazing location

The location is amazing, right on top of the train station and seconds to city centre. The room was nice and comfy. The breakfast waa enough and large.

There was even an iron and ironing board but there were not sleepera to use in the room. But that’s the only thing.
