Great position, great beer selection and a nice room.

The location is just great, the selection of beers downstairs really good and the room we had was newly renovated and welcoming. I am a fan of shower stalls where I can move and splash without fear of drowning the entire bathroom and the one we had was not of this kind but the bathroom is big, squeaky clean, full of light and of towels so trying not to mess it up was no big deal.

Un weekend da sogno

Accoglienza unica, la gentilezza e la semplicità di Valerio ci hanno conquistato ancora prima di arrivare qui! La stanza curata e pulita. Il pub sotto le stanze offre pizza, cresce e hamburgher accompagnati da birre artigianali buonissime. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Superconsigliato!

Posizione ottima nel centro storico, si può lasciare la macchina e godersi la città a piedi

La camera è carina ma non molto confortevole, occorrono delle migliorie tipo qualche presa elettrica in più o una porta decente che escluda almeno la luce della zona comune (è una porta a vetri opachi da salotto di casa). Siamo stati 2 notti e la prima delle due, dalle 20 alle 24, ci è stato impossibile rimanere in camera. Nel pub sottostante, di cui l’host è proprietario, c’era una serata musicale all’aperto, la cassa posizionata sotto la nostra finestra faceva vibrare vetri e persiane, il rumore era insopportabile. Probabilmente essendo questa la situazione si potrebbe pensare di sostituire i vetri sottili con vetri antirumore. In ogni caso credo che l’host avrebbe dovuto per lo meno avvisarci di questa evenienza prima di accettare la prenotazione, il disagio è stato davvero tanto e snervante. La seconda sera, senza cassa sotto la finestra, la musica del pub o il via vai della piazza sono stati accettabili e comunque prevedibili se si prenota in quella posizione.

Per chi la priorità è stare in centro e vivere la movida è un’ottima soluzione.

Posizione centrale con parcheggio nelle vicinanze a pagamento. Oppure con un po’ di fortuna più distante gratis.

Purtroppo la struttura si trova in zona di movida, quindi rumorosa fino a tarda notte. Di mattina presto rumori da parte dei servizi di nettezza urbana. Si dorme poco e male.

Ottimo B&B in una Gubbio fantastica

Posizione centrale in una piccola e silenziosa piazzetta a pochi passi dalle principali bellezze dalla città di Gubbio. Appartamento pulito e ordinato. A pochi metri a disposizione tutti i servizi e i ristorantini tipici Viva La Sosta, viva Gubbio, viva l’Umbria!

Struttura moderna e funzionale

Molto comoda, perché ha il parcheggio praticamente alle spalle dell’hotel, inoltre sei direttamente nel centro storico di Gubbio, forse l’unico difetto è che se hai il sonno leggero con il locale sotto magari non è l’ideale

Posizione ottima per visitare il paese,in centro. A due passi c'è un grande parcheggio,a pagamento,dove poter lasciare l'auto.la stanza ha tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno.

Camera Poco insonorizzata ,e porta che da sulla stanza comune e in vetro opaco perciò se qualcuno accende la Luce entra in tutta la camera.
