Great location for visiting Gubbio without the hassle of finding parking

The location is great for visiting Gubbio and being able to park a car (for free). The place was nice and clean with wood beams. The host was nice and helpful.

Only issue is that there is no AC so you have to leave the window open and it is very noisy outside until 1 am (scooters racing up and down the street). Not sure if this is only like that in August or all of the time.

É stato un soggiorno comodo e piacevole

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, posizione ottima per visitare Gubbio. Nonostante non fosse compresa la colazione Monica mette a disposizione una macchina per caffè con cialde, il bollitore per tè e infusi, biscotti, fette biscottate, marmellate ecc.

Sentirsi a casa fuori casa, un vero lusso.

La gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host. Ad esempio, la colazione non era compresa, eppure abbiamo avuto il piacere di trovare una bella torta da forno ad aspettarci in cucina, la possibilità di farci tè, tisane e caffè, nonché succhi di frutta. Tutto molto gradito. Su richiesta, inoltre, abbiamo anche potuto avvalerci di un check out tardivo avendo bisogno di un deposito bagaglio.

Sinceramente non mi viene in mente nulla.

Host gentilissima e disponibile, camera ben tenuta, pulitissima e fornita di tutto il necessario. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere comodamente il centro di Gubbio a piedi lasciando l'auto in parcheggi gratuiti limitrofi.

Una struttura molto pulita, stanza accogliente e spaziosa, posizione ottima a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso del centro storico, in un quartiere tranquillo, ma fuori le mura. Monica gentile e disponibile. Non c'è la colazione ma appena fuori il b&b c'è un buon bar.

Perfetto!!

Posizione ottima, possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in un parcheggio coperto antistante la struttura. La proprietaria gentilissima, anche se non da prenotazione ci ha lasciato kolti snackini e la possibilità di farci il caffe con la macchinetta, un pensiero molto dolce ed apprezzato. Palazzina silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort che possono servire.

Posto strategico per visitare Gubbio, a due passi dal centro. Nella palazza di Annalisa ti sembra di essere a casa. Camera spaziosa e confortevole con bagno molto grande. Ambiente pulitissimo. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Annalisa perfetta padrona di casa, accogliente, simpatica e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Pazzesco! Struttura pulita e accogliente, ampia, attaccata al centro della città. Proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha offerto anche la colazione nella bellissima cucina al piano terra.

La gentilezza, la disponibilità, l'ospitalità dell'host ❣️ unica veramente, ci ha fatti sentire a casa! Pulizia impeccabile. Casetta super graziosa, camera dotata di tutto il necessario. Ottima la posizione, a due passi dal centro. Consiglio vivamente di pernottare qui a chiunque voglia vedere la bellissima Gubbio 🙂
